Hey its me a mysterious anon and i’m here to yap about a headcanon for a character i’m like 99% sure you’ve forgot about.

So. MeBook. I know he only appears in the post-credits scene of ii8 and in the background of the closet in ii13 and 16 but. I have thoughts about himmm…..

I like to believe the reason why he looks so much more. Life-like. Than the other meeplers from AFTER he would’ve canonically released (eg: the first mephones came out like 8 years after him (if we’re saying the creation dates of the meeples align with the real release dates of their irl counterparts, which i thiiink is something brian confirmed on twitter like forever ago?) and still have pixelated faces whilst he doesn’t) is because Cobs used him as somewhat of a lab rat of sorts. Used him to test new features and advancements on without needing to worry if they didn’t work since he’s working with an “obsolete creation” of his anyways…. This would also explain why Cobs is just. Perfectly fine with him being in Meeple Care in ii8 despite being VERY old by his standards at that point

Sorry. I’ve thought about this headcanon a lot and I need more people to hear it. I’m Normal about the meeple products everyone!! I’m normal!!!

Anyways on a lighter note I like to think he closes shut inorder to sleep…. He’s not dead in the closet guys he’s just sleeping trust 💔
