        thieves these days were getting bolder. diego had just happened to be patrolling when he witnessed someone rob the towns jewelry shop. they took off running down the street, and diego went off after them. he followed them through the crowd, weaving and bobbing between people as he past. someone knocked into him, catching him off guard. “ sorry! “ he called, not stopping to check if they were okay. he took off, searching the crowd until he locked on the theif. he finally caught up with him, and placed a hand on his shoulder. diego spun the other man around, ready to pounce. “ and where do you think you’re going? “ he demanded, his whole body ready in case the theif decided to take off again. // closed starter for @winterwritcs - bucky
