I think the biggest difference here is the people in the boats??

I'm not sure what they're meant to be but I feel like they were the original idea for the otter swimming club during messing about in a boat

The weasels are also slightly different, but I assume that was originally having a fem variant for the costume that was scrapped in favour of all of them wearing the same outfit.

Also the cigars?? HELLO??
