A lot of creators I spoke to admitted that one of the many things they struggle to achieve in their creations is "uniqueness". .You will probably agree when I say that there is no such thing as a purely original idea anymore. As creators, we take inspiration from people, places, feelings and experiences. We are moved by the classics from the masters, from the music we hear, from the art we see. We reference almost everything, and to make something unique requires the ability to creatively mix and match these references and make it new. . .So do not worry too much about "uniqueness", because what you create is already unique in of itself. It is a culmination of all that you have learned from back when up to now. And your style will ceaselessly change the more.you grow, as a writer, an artist, a crafter, a person. I can't remember if I sketched the lineart back 2017 or 2018 (I think I shared the uncolored ones here before) These were some very rough concept art for the first book of my Wolf In the Fable lightnovel series called "Arcana" (first half posted on my Wattpad). It's a story set in a fantasy world and tldr is about younger twin neglecting his princely duties to become a thief and find ways on how to save his older twin brother from a parallel world. (And like the idiot writer that I am, my subplots and multiple character arcs are bloated and disorganized and I need to revise my first draft) I recolored them because I was too lazy to sketch something new today and I am determined to continue this. I mean I already made it to 20+ chapters with 2 arcs down. What could go wrong? ( ._.). Would love to get some feedback regarding: design.
