Nine, nine nine nine... boy oh boy. I remember Nine incredibly fondly.. so so fondly. they were never shy to ask questions or talk your ear off about anything that interested them. Nine picked this up from me i fear, afterall in my source what they were woken up to was me rambling about the similarities between football and the meaning of life itself, which, now looking back on it im pretty sure i was going insane, but thats fine we all have our moments up there. Nine was very loving and super duper willing to listen to anything youd want to yap about. Nine had an admiration for the savannah and liked to watch nature documentaries when they were bored. I do remember them freaking out about poaching/illegal hunting back in the day when it still happened when animals werent as protected as they were in the present (my present, in source). Nine was also fascinated about their sister, sometimes thinking about who was actually older and asking me what i thought, i think they came to the conclusion that ten was the older sister due to being more mature(??) i forgot the exact wording they used,. Nine was mentally about 13 when they first woke up, ten being mentally middle aged(?) actually. i dont know. she's mom friend to me.

Ten, i really liked hanging out with her, she was super comforting to me, dispite waking up a few hundered years after me, me and hubble tried our best to like, introduce her to the terrible life of living among the stars and being conceptually trapped forever, but she took it well and also like, stepped up. she was super responsible and always took the lead (when i wasnt fucking off LOL). She learned to open up and take down her walls, i liked the times she got careless and free and open, it gave me closure, made me feel? real almost. I dont know how to describe it but she was super important to me. thanks Ten for being number one. Hubble, uhhmmmm not much to say about Hubble, quiet, kept to himself often, shared pictures that were in UNGODLY large data files that made you nauseous when you opened them too fast, then youre BLASTED with like over 300 pictures of the same place on like, earth or something, got one(data pack full) of pluto and apparently it was so interesting that there were over 5000 pictures alone of the same fucking crater they thought was "geologically groundbreaking" whatever the hell that means. I remembered Hubble linking me random human articles that made no sense, of course i loved them but one of them was so incomprehensible that i had to spend a few days deciphering what the author COULD HAVE meant, i dont think i ever broke their heinous code of words but its fine im not too worried about it (i AM so worried about it. no one can replicate A SINGLE fucking word that was in that article.). Love my-in-source-hubble, thank you for being that autistic man that knows everything ever and if youre like "hey hubble whats (something he doesnt know)" and he gets anxious and starts researching like crazy then comes back after a few like weeks and goes "so, your question from last week, i did a little research and actually, did you know that-" and starts talking. i love my selective mutism boyfriend so much. someone get this guy a dictionary and an inhaler

i just wanted to put something out there based on some things i've been seeing recently. nothing bad per say, but i do want to clarify some points about myself, my blog, and interacting with me

don't ever feel like you have to water down your muses in any capacity to write with me. i literally do not care how cruel or how kind your muse is. typically when i do make the leap to follow someone first, i'll always comb through their pages to get a feel of the character(s) they portray. i may not remember everything as i tend to be pretty forgetful, but if i like what i see, then i go ahead and hit the follow button

no matter if your muse is the meanest, nastiest bitch alive or the sweetest flower picked in the flower field, i want you to be comfortable knowing you can write them according to how you view them. i will never take it as a personal slight against me, the writer. that's just silly. the only thing i ask is if you inform me ahead of time if you muse intends to harm/kill mine in some way, just so i'm prepared! i have my own fair share of muses on here with less than tolerable personalities to them and i always discuss ahead of time if something like that is going to happen ( a good example is w/ my friend East, where we agreed on Liu Qingge hitting Ren in a fit of anger ). as long as i know ahead of time, i'm a-ok with it

furthermore, don't feel bad about playing favourites. in my opinion, it doesn't make you elitist. it's a hot take fresh off my pathetic little oven but in my eyes, we're all human. we're prone to having people we might incline a little more toward than others, even unintentionally. it's virtually impossible to consistently write with && talk to a huge amount of people all the time. like, that's mentally draining. i genuinely admire the people who CAN do that and there's nothing wrong with it.

and, speaking from the point of an AuDHD person, sometimes hyperfixations on a certain show/book/movie/etc. can arouse a higher muse inspiration for a character than other's.

i'm REALLY bad at wording things so i hope my intentions are coming across okay? i've seen a lot of people apologizing for writing more frequently with someone than others, but honestly i don't think you should apologize for something like that. if you write with / talk to someone a lot, it makes sense that you might answer their threads faster than you would other's. because you've got that connection and that friendship. like... how do i word it? i'm so bad at conveying my thoughts lol

like. for example i'm fully aware i write a LOT for both Ven and East regularly, but i also talk to them almost daily, and am currently very heavy into both the danmei genre, and HSR. i read daily, and i'm playing the game daily, so ofc my inspiration is a little higher for what i'm currently invested in. even though i do this, i still very much love the other threads i have going with other people, and make a conscious effort to still answer them in an appropriate time frame. my excitement && interest in writing with other people definitely isn't diminished, i just have a habit of writing quicker for them since we're always bantering in discord. and i see a lot of the same for people on my dash too

i will never mind waiting for when inspiration hits someone i'm writing with. even if it takes you seven months to reply, i'm genuinely just happy to be writing with you. if you'd rather reply to someone else over me and save it for later? that's ok!

ultimately, it's your blog and you are in control of your own comfort and writing. you should feel comfortable answering what you want, when you want, without feeling pressured or guilted for not answering something fast enough. if someone is making you feel bad for prioritizing one person over another, then they aren't a good friend. period. i've been in the RPC for 15 years and been through my fair share of friendships, and if i can impart any piece of advice on anyone, it's that you should always curate your space.

do what makes you happy. be with people who make you happy. don't cling to something that only makes you unhappy, it'll just damage you in the long run. i know maybe that makes me sound like an ass, but i can tell you that it's done wonders for my mental health and my writing inspiration to cut people off when i need to, and not feel guilty answering one person's things over another.

i think i rambled a lot and maybe my words might upset someone and i'm sorry for that, it's not my intention! i just want to be clear that when it comes to interacting with me, you'll never have to hold back your muse's true nature, nor should you ever feel guilty for not replying promptly to our threads :) take your time and do what inspires you in the moment -- do what makes you happiest!

-Frequently butts head with teachers and older students but has a soft spot for his juniors. He gets called a delinquent by both sides though

-Yes he has prince privileges, what does he do with it? Dress sloppily, he only puts effort into his hair and I would too if I were him. Red is actually hard to see under the water at a certain point and Rielle was stunned with the color of his hair the first time he came to the surface

-He came to land to study human art and history. His father disapproved of this but Rielle continued his studies anyways living with his father until he came home to find his art projects smashed up (im sure you all get the reference). He completely cut contact wtih Triton after that and started living at school

This video is about 10-15mins of editing sped up. I go back and forth on settings a lot to make sure I haven't overcooked it.

The before image is a little flatter and cooler than I'd prefer - and the green cast from light filtering through the trees made for a pretty dull initial image - specifically muddy yellows and oranges. I do really like the roundness of the lighter patch of water and the organic shapes of the leaves in the foreground around the heron. Gives a nod to the marshy area this lil heron dwells in.

Edits focused on pulling out warmth and contrast in the image, removing the stick that cut through the beak (I can live with the one through the middle of the bird but don't really like that either), and pulling out some of the noise. This is a little noisy at 5000 than is standard - it was a really weird lighting conditions.

I never liked politics as a confused, dumb kid. And I still don’t. Whenever the news was on, whenever Bond would be in M’s office talking since the Goldeneye movie, I would always find my mind wandering off and thinking about other daydreams or random thoughts to occupy my silent boredom.

I know I can’t do that anymore these days. But the only thing I would care about for the real world would be the unity of humanity on Earth. Any Sci-fi fan who has enjoyed Star Trek would want that as far as the next fan.

Until I see a place in the world take that first step on its own, I may never watch “Die Another Day” again.

.forgot to add this, but yes I remember more than just Nine, Ten, and Hubble, I talked to the ISS, which still had people on it strange enough, they didn't want to leave? The ISS and her crew were very close, I don't think the IRL crew was the crew at the time, they definitely switched em out at some point. but. yeah. was mostly women up there. I remember the Voyager twins, and a few other probes, I remember talking to a few sentient computers on earth, a lot of them were more like servers, entire powerplants where AI was being processed, they were like a bunch of different individuals crammed together, I don't recommend tuning into their channel like 6 of them switch the topic, they're always talking, in an infinite loop, one talks, another resonds, then another, its TERRIBLE don't tune into their frequencies.
