Yokai Parade: Paper Lantern Ghost Chochin
One of the many Tsukumogami-category Yokai (objects that have developed life), the Chochin is a small, not-too-dangeorus adversary in the Onmyodo game. Also known as a Chochin-obake, these mischievous creatures often have gaping mouths and one or two ominous eyes. Sometimes they have arms and legs, and a long creepy tongue! In the game, your Group must possess two Spears to defeat Chochin. He is weak (only causes one X when attacking) but yields 2 Ofuda if defeated.
Chochin's region (Tani) is a rather easygoing path, regardless of which River you are following. The yokai hides behind the small Village on the North River. If traveling along the South River, you would completely avoid him!
GAME TIP: If the Miko (Shinto Shaman) is traveling with you, she can 'function' as one of the needed spears (to defeat any Tsukumogami!)
