I'm beat today, but my mind is still on RON this morning, so here are some rambling OC facts (no skz/romance, it's just OCs):

Yuri and all of her three siblings have generational yu/yoo- names. I mention her sister by name in a later chapter, but her brothers don't have names even in my notes!

Yuri's parents are really nice. They both work, but the family is as close as it can be, really; just normal amounts of issues. Though Yuri is like 13 years older than her next oldest sibling (her folks had her young) and had to do a lot of childcare as a teen and young adult.

Soohyun is no contact with most of her family and the pack she was raised in; her situation is... complicated 😔 She has a much younger sister she thinks about a lot, but hasn't actually seen her in years. They also weren't raised together.

MC is an only child! Technically I guess she has half siblings, but she wouldn't consider them siblings.

Soohyun and Yuri want kids one day. MC doesn't think about it 😆

Has siblings; sees them: Yuri (oldest), Hanjae (baby), Bora (middle), Mikyung (oldest), Byeol (oldest)

Not family related, but other MC facts:

MC and her mom didn't do a whole big American Christmas; her mom probably worked a lot of them, and at most they would have gotten take out or a cake. Lots of childhood Christmases sitting at home watching movies by herself.

I think MC would find the prospect of everyone in the room watching you open a gift really nerve-wracking...

MC is really interested in sex, but finds masturbation boring and tedious. She does have ✨trauma✨, but she's also definitely somewhere on the ace spectrum.

Canonically, all of the muses within The Marked have died. They were then randomly selected and presented a chance for a second life. Once accepted, they are brought back with a few perks that normal humans don't have, but the catch is that they must hunt curses. They are known as The Marked, and they keep their actual identities a secret from society. The phenomena of the deal dates back beyond a set time. So while most of the muses on this group are of the modern era, the traditions / practice has always been around.

This group was originally located in the states. Upon request by the higher echelon of JJT, they have more or less relocated overseas. All Marked members are to considered as sorcerers.

No one outside of the marked knows them as such. to others, they’re known as 0 ; the beginning to all ends, the end to all beginnings.

0 is an underground syndicate that deals in weapon supply, cage fights, and sorcerers for hire. They’re an odd bunch, certainly, but they always get the job done. Their influences has been spread far and wide to those that know where to look.

The core of 0 are all Marked members, but there are others permitted to join as well. Not a single word is ever said about who or what The Marked are. despite how cohesive and high functioning 0 is, The Marked will always stay loyal to themselves first.

Codenames aren’t used within 0. All Marked members go by their civilian names.

Additional resources / help is often outsourced — this opens a more accessible starting point for other sorcerers and the like. Curse infused / possessed users are welcomed! Just know they’re being watched. Any particularly bad fuck ups and The Marked will take notice and deal with it accordingly.

Siendo uno de los lideres más longevos seguido de Dan y Yoo. El lobo divino nació en territorio coreano, siendo hijo de una doncella coreana y un señor japonés residente en Busan durante el Periodo de la Ocupación Japonesa.

Aquel japonés era un ōkami enviado por el ejército del sol naciente para cazar los demonios del antiguo Joseon y llevarlos detenidos vivos a Japón. Sin embargo, en cuanto Dan llegó a sus vidas, el señor Iwasaki Satoru, padre de Siwoo, pudo hacer una alianza con él y que seguirían siendo aliados sus descendientes, puesto que su deseo de poder era más fuerte que cumplir con su nación.

Ante este acuerdo, la amante de Satoru y madre de Siwoo puso una condición. Siendo poseída por el dios solar coreano, advirtió que debían obedecerle y dar obediencia plena a los dioses de Corea puesto que aquí ninguna deidad del país japonés tenían poder. Satoru, enfurecido por la osadía de aquellas palabras, intentó atacar a la doncella, sin embargo, con una fuerza aterradora, pudo reducir al monstruo japonés sin dificultades. Satoru tomo un rol más paternal enseñando a Iwasaki sobre su linaje provenientes de samirais y su obediencia al Sol. A los 17 años perdió a su padre en cuanto los demonios japoneses supieron de su servicio a las divinidades coreanas.

Vivió en la clandestinidad en diferentes partes de Corea junto con su madre, hasta que conoció a los casi 20 años de edad a Dan, desde ese entonces se radicó en las montañas de Taebaek.

Siervo de Haemosu, Dios del Sol, su rol en este mundo es incluir y guiar a los hombres lobos en una manada guardiana para resguardar a la población mortal de los demonios que puedan atormentar todos los territorios del sector oriental de Corea.

CURIOSIDADES

Iwasaki no puede ver su propio reflejo con claridad, su rostro se nubla y distorsiona. En las fotografías sacada por otros como pinturas puede ser capaz de ver como son sus facciones.

Puede estar en diferentes estados: Humano, Hombre lobo y Lobo. Siendo un hombre lobo puede alcanzar los dos metros y medio de altura y su ropa es elasticada, por lo que no se rompe con facilidad.

Se ha tenido que encargar de las crías que varios de sus discípulos abandonan o quedaron huérfanos de padre, siendo la figura paterna por parte de muchos y dando un refugio a las ex parejas humanas que cuidan a los niños.

En su forma animal: tiene el pelaje blanco, posee ojos dorados y delineados de rojo, con tatuajes en su rostro que se iluminan en contacto con el sol, se reconoce que no es un lobo común por su gran tamaño.

No le agrada el Zorro de la Muerte ni los dioses de la muerte, siendo parte de una competencia profesional y considera que obstaculiza la labor de la organización, que tienen una formación disciplinaria, religiosa y científica de prestigio para el bienestar de la población humana, victima de los ataques de demonios y criaturas.

Everyone always takes the chance to tweet abt #h3h3isnotoverparty or #h3h3isoverparty or #BanKpopAccounts, but ALL of y'all are silent when it comes to the real, terrible, things that happen in kpop. TRCNG are literally victims of child abuse, and yet they trended for what? A day? Everyone read abt an 18-yr-old kid getting assaulted w a steel chair to the point of being hospitalized, and just. Moved on.

What abt EXO-M? B.A.P? Jonghyun? Sulli? Goo Hara? How long did they trend for?

THAT is what has a body count. Our apathy.

They sue for discrimination & mismanagement and we all cry bc they're tearing the group apart, and maybe we trend smth in our rage. The media has a field day pitting the members against each other, and then the day or week passes and we all forget. And 2 years later they quietly lose the lawsuit & have to pay back debts & are tied up in so much red tape they can't see straight. Because their company saw dollar signs instead of people, bc their company disregarded their health, bc we didn't call out the visible signs of distress in the ppl we supposedly love.

We have the chance to at least give these kids a voice. But we care more abt our own voices or fancams. That can change, but WE have to change. If we let these things keep happening, then all this loss will be for nothing. We owe it to them to at least try.
