In some of the paperwork the protaganist received from Akso Hospital, we can see her address listed as follows:

And since she later discovers that Xavier lives in the same building as her, just on the floor above hers, we can easily deduce his home address.

When Xavier is sitting on the couch, we can see the door to an adjacent room (bedroom? bathroom?) and an unknown area directly to the left of the couch that could be the kitchen?:
