more speculating on lore but i think if amphoreus is a result / farbication / construct of the aeons then the only aeon i can see being responsible for it is nous. its a little on the nose but like. nous literally means the ability for intellect, to distinguish reality from whats fake. and there's some other lore things but those are fr just guesses with 0 substantiating evidence lmao

and if it this is the case and it is some kind of fuckery of nous - then i think the particular presence of fuli (memory) and destruction makes sense even more then before.
