THE GLORY

Ep1: they sent a newborn baby to countryside?!! Umm... That was ML??? FL's brother in law??? I don't think a minister from Court Judicial Review can kill someone that easily.... This drama dresses/hanfu was different than usual. I love her shade of purple hanfu. Omg the actor who played Yuchi, I finished watching Princess Royal few weeks ago. The actress who played Yushan was familiar too, hv seen her few times before. Ohoo so his first wife... OK ML said something along, "Virtuous wife can manage but strong wife could safeguard the family" but I wonder why he was so fixated on FL and her case.

Ep2: I don't understand why ML was so hostile to FL, so suspicious. OK. Myb bcs he suspected she killed her forster parent. Who helped her with that note? Her mother or ML?? Her arrogant siblings needs to be humbled. Can't wait to see how she will get rid of the stigma that plagued her.

Ep3: it was not that clear but obviously Ms. Zhou was guilty and if her father was dumb to dismiss it.... But how can FL bear to be in same space with her? Need FL to get rid of her coz I'm sure that Ms Zhou will plot another schemes. Oh so Yushan likes ML...

Ep4: why ML only thought in black and white??? Like there was a reason FL was drove to kill those cruel foster parent. Go FL! I like that she showed her claws when the time needed, Yushan needs to be scared of her. It was good that she wanted to hv it all out and wanted him to explain what exactly he wanted with her.

Ep5: so ML investigated and can deduce the whole story of what happened to FL so why he was bent on punishing her??? He actually want to hold that over her and like... Warn or tutor her? Coz he did say anyone cld investigate the truth about the foster parent murder. See... He was the one who helped her with that taoist thing. I think her mom wanted to teach Hanyan through tough love. WHAT WAS THE DEAL WITH HER MOM? was she an illegitimate child or something that she didn't want her to stay in that house??

Ep6: so... Her mother and Yuwen Chang'an had something to do with the Zuohang Gang case. It was very convenient that her father can easily married her mother though. Anyway, I wonder why she kept him waiting for the information she had on her mother and YWC?? Why not tell him? I don't get where she got her confidence to infiltrate her mom study? I guess investigate by any means. Ah!! Theory time, her mother wanted to clear her family's name or did something to avenge her family so she wanted Hanyan away and not involve in her grand plan.

Ep7: I guess ML was desperate enough to hold some cards over FL head to get what he wanted. Can't blame him coz they already said he was cunning.

Ep8: I know FL didn't want to do anything with ML but... She kind of made it easy for him to track her weakness. Like she didn't know what she was against when it came to ML. Sorry to say. Hmm.. How can Ms Zhou directly suspected that it was FL behind what Yuchi did?

Ep9: See... What ML said to her before was right coz it just need some digging in her past to uncover some discrepancies.

Ep10: She was being in over her head and then she was reduced to that. At this point, I kind of get why there wld be frustration over this drama.

Ep11: wait... The land fireworks things were done shirtless by those men?! I thought those sparks were dangerous. Unintentional kabedon by FL skskskkskskw. I thought we were about to see the Emperor face when those officials heading to the morning hall.

Ep12: Idgi how his family was back when they was out heading back to their hometown?? What??? Her father had connection with that Pei daifu???

Ep13: omg omg she figured everything in a short time but gaddamn ML was the mastermind behind everything. Really dark romance vibe coz he just watched her drag that corpse from that place to the place of execution omg.

Ep14: omg her mom suffered so much no wonder she wanted to divorce that coward zhuang shiyang. That whole Zhuang family owed her. ALSO I NEED ZHUO RUYIN TO SUFFER SO MUCH!! Ahhhh it must be heartbreaking for Hanyan to know the truth after she saved that family. Hmm... The innocent mask that zhuang shiyang always wore. Yushan was so ungrateful, Hanyan saved her neck from being chopped off but Yushan was still immature to hate on her.

Ep15: it was good that Hanyan wanted to convince her mom to divorce zhuang shiyang through Miao Guifei coz it makes her heart not worry about her mom if she wanted to capture her father into the prison. So satisfying that her mom and Hanyan can beat that rude Mrs. Tan. So evil of Yushan to think of that scheme of horse trampling her mother, hope she will get captured!! OMG PROGRESS IN THEIR RELATIONSHIP! UNOFFICIAL FIRST KISS!!

Ep16: I'm so glad her mom and Hanyan became closer. I really hope they cld weather the storms and can topple zhuang shiyang and zhou ruyin down!! Skskskkskskw Yunxi likes Hanyan and tried to sabotage the marriage proposals from other men. He was jealous jealous. The way I Iaughed so hard (till I'm coughing) at his subordinates plan sksksksks. That one subordinate of him was so cheeky sksksks. She threw stone at his head omgskjsksjs. FU YUNXI WERE YOU FKG SERIOUS?? LIKE SERIOUSLY??? I thought he was sincere like hvg feelings toward Hanyan so that was why he did those sabotaging but wtf???

Ep17: feel bad for Hanyan coz she thought (me too) that Yunxi likes her as a man likes a woman but instead he.... Was so analytical about all of this. He just saw her as someone who can fill a role. Thank goodness for his tactful subordinate that helped smooth the misunderstanding. I love that she gave two conditions to accept Yunxi's marriage proposal and he wld do the utmost to fulfill it. Ofc someone like him wld link with Pei Dafu. Hmm... Idc about anything else I just want zhuang shiyang to divorce Hanyan's mother.

Ep18: damn that level of betrayal like both of the men lie to her face. This was so crazy. Her father was so mad from the beginning to set up ruan xiwen, Hanyan's mother family to fall just to marry her. At last she can divorce him! Oh noooo I knew it! I knew that heartless zhuang shiyang who can kill his own father wld not let go of xiwen just that easily. Oh no her mom maids were poisoned to death too. Omg the ending of this episode???????? That was so crazy.

Ep19: that was embarrassing for her why fought a sure lost fight?? Retreat and wait for another day. OK she was consumed with grief that was why she can't see reasons. Oh soo the connection just was his going undercover joining Pei Dafu gang. Only now she can accept his marriage proposal deal... like she was drove to the corner and this how can she survive. Their wedding was full of dramas omg.

Ep20: I hope Chai Jing will be in safe life and hope she can comes to Hanyan's help if Hanyan was ever in danger. Yushan was to blame for Yuchi's death if she didn't provoke him, he wld not go to Hanyan's place. I'm sure Zhou Ruyin wld be so mad at Hanyan and will do something. Even ZRY hate zhuang shiyang. His aunt was so mean wanting Yunxi to take a concubine just because she didn't like Hanyan.

Ep21: so many things happened in this episode. Love love the happy ending for everyone in this episode, not sure about the next episode though. I really love her attire throughout this whole episode especially the red embroidered upper part hanfu.

Ep22: the fck? Lingzhi was so smart!! Like that caught me off guard. That purple attire of that crazy duke Qi was pleasing to the eyes though. The decree came in the nick of time omg.
