And then everyone else I actually really really dunno. Like Tim and Brian are obviously the marble hornets actors duh... i dont think the new killer quite catches the vibe of 'something wearing human skin, metaphorically or literally' as much as it should, still feels a bit too must just... 'fucked up guy' to me but its been decently fun to play so far.

also admittedly the lore annoys me. I GET the gimmick is fear of the unknown but also the way they did it sorta feels like a cop-out. fear of the unknown works because it lets people fill in gaps with what they find scariest, but it doesn't really work here because instead of leaving it completely unknown where it came from and JUST telling stories from victims, it has like, two or three IMPLICATIONS of what it is? That being 1) Eldritch horror created by cult, 2) government experiment, 3) some sort of alien.

giving us answers doesn't WORK though, especially when you give it addons that could be all three its just, like- that doesn't feel like 'oooo mystery' it feels like you giving us pieces to three different puzzles and claiiiming its a mystery. yknow? i feel like Unknown would have worked BETTER if- well, for one, if the STORY focused more on Olivia trying to find answers but finding NOTHING, not mentioning any exact theories, and slowly going mad and being stalked as she tried to define the Unknown.

and two, if ALL of the addons were things related to victims rather than a few that sort of- imply things about it. some of them imply the alien thing, some of them imply government involvement, potentially both. get rid of that. replace it all with victim stuff. make the OOS report another drawing of it. something like

"Blood Soaked Masterpiece" "A well crafted drawing of the creature she saw outside her home. It was never finished."

yknow something in line with the other stuff that tells you about Unknown's VICTIMS but not its history. idk idk i might be being overly picky, I admit.
