Frank knew he should have locked the liquor cabinet before he left. But alas, she drank all of his fancy stuff. However, she wasn't into trouble as she ignored the bottle of wine wrapped in purple crape paper. He sighs as he scoops her up, heading to his bedroom to let her sleep it off.

Frank tuts, "You have never fucking laid claim to being a solider Stark. Your daddy gave you everything but your damn tin suit on a silver platter. You've had a fucking spoon your mouth since day one. I fought for this country. I gave my life for everyone in Vietnam. I went back several times. So no I don't wanna fucking hear shit. What is it that you want? I"m not used to Fury or Val sending you of all people. Steve,Bucky, hell even Natasha from time to time but not you Stark."

"Through the door" he nods towards the door, raising his eyebrow. "Depends, don't use it unless I have too.." he trails off his eyes narrow. He studies the other. And has the I'm on to you look on his face. " Uh huh, A criminal.. who is wanted by half the states is better man than me" he repeats before blinking. " What are you hiding Castle" he asked innnocently, with tillt of head. He takes his moment to add cream to the bowl, unbothered by the fact he maybe hasn't slept for bit and he's drinking coffee out of bowl.

“OH MY GOD!” Frank states, throwing his hands up, “THE FUCK HARLEY WHAT THE FUCK. Don’t scare your old man like that!’ He huffs as he slams the knife down and looks towards the cabinet that she is hiding in. “How long have you been in there? Come out!”

"Yeah, yeah. I know who you are. I just don't get why you are here. We aren't..." frankly, the odds of this Avenger ending up near or at his home were slim. But now Frank had to get him out, "I get who you are and how you somehow think that carries you far in life but." Frank drawls, "You aren't a real m; an you never fought a single day. Steve's a much better man than you."

Tony grins pausing. " I thought I would be different" he shrugs as if it was normal. A laugh escapes him. " Frank, I'm Tony Stark, I built my first Ai when i was a kid, so kind of just know things" he rocks on ball of his feet.

“I know you think you are all sorts of sneaky Murdock but you aren’t.” Frank states as he keeps cutting the veggies, “Your late. It’s our year anniversary and your four hours late.” He huffs sighing as he cutting the veggies ignoring the other, “What kept you at the office this time?”

He gets a call from you and answers it like normal but immediately tenses up when he hears the fear in your voice

You just tell him what you’ve been told to say giving no hints as to where you are

Frank knows who’s taken you though, it’s fairly obvious to him

Frank worries about your well being of course but he goes full Punisher mode

They took you and they’ll face his wrath

Barges in to where you’re being held and takes care of who he needs to

Frank goes from being all badass to being a teddy bear in a few seconds

Looks over you to see the extent of your injuries

Apologizes profusely saying it’s his fault you were kidnapped in the first place

Helps you stand and leave the building

Once the two of you get home he patches you up and apologizes again

You tell him you knew what you were getting yourself into when you started dating him. You don’t blame him for anything

Soft kisses before the two of you fall asleep

Frank has you wrapped in his arms as a reminder that you’re with him and safe now
