dabi didn't expect a lot from u at first tbh

until he saw your dance he found it pretty impressive

"hey dabi! can i teach u some of the new moves i learned!"

"huh? yah sure i guess."

first time you teach him he seems uninterested and distracted

after a while u realize he wasn't paying attention so u just stopped

dabi soon realized what he did and he felt really bad

cuz ur trying to teach smth to him that you're passionate about

but he just ignored you :(

we all know he would never voluntarily apologize to u so he kinda just let time do its thing till next time he:

saw u learning a new dance move recently and he wanted to make up for what he did before

"hey, y/n, can you teach me that set of dance moves you've been learning?"

your eyes just lit up and u gasp

"of course i can! i'm so happy u asked!"

you're absolutely ecstatic about it and you jump up to teach him the first set of moves

he pays attention this time

he tries his best to learn it this time

he struggles at first to learn the moves and his movements will be awkward unlike yours

but even if he doesn't get the hang of it he's just so happy to see you smile

you're super happy because dabi is actually paying attention this time

dabi, surprisingly smiles, and the look is just content and absolutely happy

because you're doing smth you're passionate about and it makes u happy

after a while you get tired he gives u a head pat and cuddles with u after :)
