Great day today so far even though last night I had too much to drink eat.
Had three pieces of pizza so the scale says 59.2 this morning which is really annoying, but today can be so much better.
Swam for an hour this morning and I’ve been cleaning so that’s all calories burned.

58.3 again this morning. I’m not going to lie, I’m really hungry right now.
But this is good, I’ve got another week after this here and then it’s off to Holland. How can I prepare myself to probably be offered a buffet style meal for 7 days twice a day? I’m a little worried for sure.

Every time I go to bed hungry it’s a success. I’m still in the 58s, I can get to 57 with some consistency.
I need to plan my actions carefully with I go to Holland. I can eat small meals there too.

Went swimming this morning, had two pieces of toast for breakfast, then had tuna, sweetcorn, feta cheese and crackers for lunch and 4 pastries and a 21g Reese’s cup for dinner.
It was too much.
Tomorrow I need to be stronger and more in control.

After 4 days of feeling very out of control I can come back.. I’m now 59.3 again, but although once I started eating I was out of control I wasn’t eating like I used to. I can get back in the rhythm

Yesterday I was definitely out of control. I didn’t like it. Tomorrow is my birthday and that usually means too much food.
Yesterday I had a small piece of cracker for breakfast, maybe 60g of pasta but with a lot of cherry tomatoes and bacon… that was my downfall..
And for dinner half a pizza; some fries and mayonnaise. There was just no need whatsoever for so much food. I haven’t weight myself yet but I’m sure that I’m back in the 59s.

I woke up today without having gained, I went swimming, had a minimal breakfast and now will have lunch and try and eat as little as I can.
In the next few weeks I should be able to get to the 57 range. Finally on my way. Last year I got to 58 something and then it all was lost. The more I eat the more I need to eat. The less I eat the less I need to.

Today went well in the end. I had some cheese and ham, a slice of lasagna and small piece of bread and then a few corn snacks. That’s it all day. So although I would have liked to eat less at least I didn’t have any dinner so hopefully I won’t have done too much damage with the lasagna and cheese.

It ended up being 58.3!! I can’t believe it and I’m so happy. I can’t wait to see 57 and then 56 on the scales!
I had a little breakfast and I’m not even that hungry anymore, it’s really just a little “suffering” for such an amazing feeling.
