I have been MIA.. Since April! 😳 #sorrynotsorry I took a step back from IG for a hot minute.. BUT, that's okay. This year has been a roller coaster, and I've shifted my focus and priorities. I've been a little bit MIA.. and for that I'm NOT sorry. 😲 We all need to take time for ourselves. And we don't have to feel bad when doing that. When you need to recharge, allow yourself the time and space to do so. As much as I love sharing my lifestyle here with this community, I need time to turn inward (as we all do) and recharge. I am now taking some time off work and spending time with some of my favorite people. 🥰 Find what fills your cup! STORY TIME..  These beautiful shots were captured during one of the most frustrating moments.. My husband and I were driving out to our Campground in BC 🇨🇦 (9 hours away) and got stopped due to a road closure and were delayed over 18 hours. We were stuck not going to make it to our check point, and beyond frustrated. It wasn't until we stopped, took a breather, and opened our eyes to see where we were and the beauty around us. I, of course grabbed my mat (and my husband to capture these great shots) and practiced yoga at sunset before we crashed in the parking lot for the night. Do you need this reminder?? I know I did these past few weeks.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ I have been slipping.. not eating as I should, not spending enough time on the mat, spending way to much binge watching Netflix.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ BUT, that's okay. Fun little #repost !
