I saw a post on twitter the other day just about hugging, and thought of these two.

Midnight Rain has been stuck in my head recently so that might've influenced this (and the inclusion of the lyrics). This is also kinda a prequel to the last one, so here The Guard has found Kapyy very upset, and then takes him out for coffee to cheer him up. I love these two, i literally can't stop thinking about them 😭.

Now i wait and see if a song from midnights is in the 2026 song list, or if one of them shows up in a new map 😅.

Still working on the wip but here's a quick doodle of Moxie

So there's been a heatwave where i live which has made me feel really tired. One of the only things i remember doing this week was playing Hollaback Girl on either Monday or Tuesday, and feeling really sluggish. That influenced this doodle.

That's also why i haven't been posting much, it's been too warm and i can't think 😅. Would've done the rest of her body but it wasn't looking right. Hollaback Girl is also one of my favourite plus maps.

Anyway I'm gonna try and have the Kapyy and The Guard art done for Monday

Wip: Gonna be either a sequel or prequel to this post. Just Dance extreme coaches angst.

There was a sketch before this one same concept, but it wasn't looking right so i started over. For the last four days i've been trying to figure out how to draw someone being hugged...

I'm gonna do something with the background, might be to do with the song lyrics on the sketch, but first i need to fix up Kapyy before i do the line art 😭

Saw a pic of a man hugging his cat so i thought of TG and Starlight immediately 👏 Collected a bunch of cute hugging cat pics on Pinterest and then put them together ✨ Really love the layout here a lot ahhh and no TG’s face reveal djdjjd the most u can get r his eyebrows 🤗 Hope u all like this. 💜

Whilst i'm deciding what to draw next (It might be Kapyy and the Guard again) here's a headcanon that won't leave my head:

Sonny is the son of the party rock anthem coach.

I don't know how this happened but the more i thought of it the more i liked the idea of it 😭. let's imagine PRA barely aged, because here he'd be in his 40s lol.

This is a quick doodle to get me to draw something and it's late where i am and there's more for this but i'm gonna share it at a different time. But yeah i love family headcanons apparently

I should probably think of a name for PRA until we get an official name lol. And i'm definitely gonna be playing as sonny in hung up when 2026 comes out.

Coffee Break

Well, Kapyy got hot chocolate instead.

I guess the story behind this would be that Kapyy was having a really bad week, to the point where he had just stopped talking. The Guard decided to take him out just to try and make him happy again. Which worked, and now Kapyy is going on about anything that interests him.

I was very much thinking of the line from the song The Best Day by Taylor Swift ("and we talk and window shop 'till i forgotten all their names) when making this

One thing i wanted to try and do is make them look quite young, mainly in the face. My headcanon age for them is 20 but they still look very much like teens. So i tried to make their faces a bit rounder just to make them look young. Also had TG's lips tremble since another headcanon is that his lips are always trembling, but he managed to smile because he made Kapyy happy.

i love them, and had fun doing this. I wasn't too sure with what to do with the background, but i think it looks nice.

whilst i'm working on that wip i drew talia again based on a pinterest photo just for quick practice. I think it's also been a year since i first drew her.

Feel like i haven't posted much recently and that's because i haven't felt like doing much except drawing. If you want to know what else i've been doing this week, i've been doing ten songs a day and now my body feels sore lol.

Any way i need to render the Kapyy and the Guard drawing and then do the background, but i have no clue what i should do for the background so i'll figure that out.

Wip: what’s funny is that before I received this ask, I was making my morning coffee and started thinking about drawing these two getting coffee, this ask convinced me to go through with it. I just need to fix a few things up before I start the line up (mainly their legs), because I’m excited to finally start work on a new drawing 😭

I have thought about them going to a restaurant so I might do something like that in the future.

Also the reference for this is two photos I took of myself spliced together.

quick doodle of the guard

Honestly i haven't felt like i've been able to draw in a while. I don't even think my last two posts are that good (well i like the epsilon so i think it's just the struggling to draw that's getting to me, and i also did that one because i was struggling to draw anything). Honestly i've felt this way since i finished university for the summer and not feeling sure on what course i chose for the next year (i just finished a foundation art and design course and chose to go into games design).

If anyone has suggestions for what i should draw or just any unique poses. I just want to properly draw something again and i'm sick of feeling like i can't draw 😭

I'm also gonna post this on twitter tomorrow to continue to ask for this map to be in the next plus drop when they start again because i love this extreme, and i also just want more extremes on plus lol.

Hey, I'm bored rn (Procrastinating actually because i'm trying to decide what to draw) so i want to know if anyone wants to ask me anything about my headcanons? Mainly because i need to do more with some of them

I'm including the diagram from the previous post for all the coach relationships and each age range for some of them.

Decided to include Lumen's Drawings in the ??? age tier because i thought it would be funny just to include them (and i forgot to include them in the diagram when i made it in june).

is it just me or does the performer for the houdini coach look familiar, like i've seen her face in another map

I was a bit annoyed that Delvin from physical extreme isn't the coach (maybe there's a chance if there's an extreme for the song) but the coach looks really good. All the coaches and maps look really good, and i've actually been wanting All star to be in the main series for a while.

If your open to coach drawing ideas, may I suggest Iluquim (A Queda) or Spikes (Paint the Town Red)?

I was thinking of drawing both of them together, but I couldn’t figure out how to have Spikes in it because Iluquim’s skirt kept getting in the way 😭. Honestly I can see the two being friends for some reason.

I don’t really like how their face turned out here, but that’s probably because it’s my first time drawing them. It was also fun to draw them for some practice.
