Hot take, but if you're anti ship you shouldn't be on a03.

If it hosts things the are against your values and you want them to remove these things, then why are you still on a03?

They've said they aren't going to remove things when they aren't against tos, and since it's (problematic ships) not against their tos they aren't removing it, why are you here?

Why are you supporting a site that will never support your beliefs?

Is it that you don't actually hold those beliefs, or that you actually want to support it?

I mean, I don't care what you read as long as you shut up and don't bother me with it, but I mean, if a03 is so evil for hosting completely legal, although questionable content, then why are you still here? Why do you have an account, one you had to request an invite for?

They are not real in the story because the story is fictional. You are not forcing the people themselves to act out the scenes in your fanfic. How is the concept of fiction confusing?

i don't understand rpf. i don't harass people over it, but i don't get it. once you involve real people, doesn't it stop being fictional? it confuses me and makes me deeply uncomfortable. especially when the topic is simultaneously rpf and darkship. (using mcr as an example) you're shipping two real, irl, living, breathing, real human brothers.. and you don't see a problem with that? they're real people. with real lives. that's not the same as fictional characters with no real meaning.
