Stipe the skrelp your oc is pretty cool.

Is stipe strong or not? Can I ask stipe to show all of their attack moves please? I like to see what they can do

Stipe scoffed. “Am I strong? All these ‘mons that huddle in their little groups just to survive, and I’m thrivin’ by myself. Duh, of course I’m strong!” They pinned their crests down and crossed their pectoral fins. “You know what, I will show you what I can do. Pay attention, I won’t perform for you twice.” They swam a bit further away, so you were out of range of any of their attacks.

“First, I like to blind my enemies with Smokescreen.” They shot a pitch black cloud out of their mouth, the inky darkness slowly expanding and dissipating in the open ocean. “It sticks to their eyes pretty good, leaves them fumbling.”

“Then if they have something interesting, I use Thief.” A pectoral fin became enveloped in glowing indigo energy as they swiped it through the water. “I’d demonstrate it for real, but you’d probably beat me up if I took something from you.” Their eyes darted away with a grimace. “Not that I couldn’t handle it!”

They cleared their throat, once again adopting an easy smirk. “Anyway, if they don’t have anything I want, I just slam them with Poison Tail instead!” A purple gloopy substance lightly coated their tail as they swung it as hard as they could. “My Poison Touch’ll get them if Poison Tail doesn’t.” After the move was completed and Stipe settled back into a relaxed position, their skin reabsorbed the poison.

“And if they start fleeing, I’ll hit them with Acid.” They reared back and spat out several small neon green droplets that steamed as they fell through the water.

“See?” They grinned, but quickly shifted the genuine expression into a more condescending sneer. “‘Is Stipe strong?’ Ha!”

At long last - @heropartnerweek day six cross stitch! Final Adventure with Lapras (of course with Lapras, Lapras is my fav).

Once again: bless the pixel artists over at spriters-resource and pmd sprite repository! Stuffing around editing so the frame was what I wanted + getting Vulpix and Squirtle on there took forever, and I could not have done it without all their bases to work from.

Blocking this also really did not work, so excuse the being wonky, I really did try. I’ll be success one day but today is unfortunately not that day. Aside from that, I love how it turned out and I’m sure I will love it more when I haven’t been staring it for seven weeks straight!

im slowly making my own pokemon au that combines the world of the mainline games with the concept of pmd. basically one of the evil team leaders who wanted some kind of destruction of the world (haven't decided who yet, maybe cyrus or lysandre??) actually succeeded in their plans, but something went horribly wrong in the process, causing the extinction of the human race. this leaves pokemon free to live amongst the overgrown ruins humanity left behind. they end up developing their own societies and stuff in the process.

so anyway i finally drew the protagonist of this au - a former human girl who woke up as a phantump one day many years after she passed away in the forest. but the thing is. i need help coming up with a name for her...i can't think of one for the life of me and it's driving me insane. please help😔
