Hey guys <33
So today I ate chorizo with egg which was 470 cals
I ate Doritos as a snack 150 cals
For lunch/dinner I ate salmon with salad which was 359 cals
And I drank around 80 oz (5 water bottles)
Total calories was: 1,015 cals
I worked out even though I’m on my period :(
But I burned around 400 calories <3
Anyways I made a face mask that helps with blemishes and acne
Green yogurt
Parsley
Lime juice
And honey I just eye but it helps a lot
