hello and welcome! this blog is about my collection of characters which i call the crossovers. They are all from different multiverses, but a large amounts end up meeting each other and travelling to other universes, hence the name.

this blog and story was created by @purplequestionmark and is being managed by them.

Any questions about the characters, universes, or just the story I'm telling in general? Feel free to ask-cess the ask box! If i get certain questions often enough I'll make an FAQ or something. also, this protect is uncomplete and will most likely be like that for a while, so this will update occasionally to include new information! How often it updates depends on how often I work on this. As much as I love this project, I have a lot of other stuff going on.

whats the difference between the omniverse, multiverse, universe and timelines?

a timeline is why we have the concept of time in the first place. it differentiates different times in a universe based on what's happened and decisions and stuff. it's what determines different times in history. for example, in Cassian and Target's universe, there's a time where humans lived on earth, but that was a very very long time ago, and we meet Cassian in a time where they live in a completely different solar system. it's essentially history and the passage of time. there can be multiple timelines for a single universe, however that only happens if there's a way for characters to interfere with the natural passage of time (ex: a time machine, a reset button, etc.)

a universe is the containment of space and a timeline or multiple timelines. chances are you already know what a universe is so i don't really have to go into how they work.

a multiverse is a collection of different universes with a certain subject in mind. whether or not the universes can naturally overlap depends on the rules of that multiverse and the individual universes. when universes in a multiverse overlap, then the multiverse can also have it's own general timeline

an omniverse is the collection of every multiverse. essentially, everything ever exists in the omniverse. the omniverse isn't much of a real place, it's just the collection of everything to ever exist.

how do universes and multiverses exist? are there rules? the idea is this: if it can be thought of, then it can, does, has, and will exist somewhere. every scenario that could happen can, does, has and will exist. you've just gotta hope that you're in a universe with a preferred outcome!

i don't have a lot of the stories completely written out yet (so ask questions!!) but i am working on writing them all down. I'll make posts and stuff explaining the stories and i'll update this post and link them here. also this blog is meant to flesh them out more!! so once i have more material you can learn just from scrolling through the blog

I'm not gonna write them all down right now but I will tag all my character's names and stuff. there will be two character name tags: #[character name], and #tc [character name]. tc stands for the crossovers (it could also be abbreviated to tco ig but i'm sticking with tc for now). If I'm posting something regarding a character before they became an eyelet or something, I might not add the tc part in the hashtag

who are mimicka and the eyes?

mimicka is the entity that created and (somewhat) manages the eyes. they don't clarify their origins, but they live in the eyespace. they have the ability to collect whatever makes a person themselves (soul, aura, spirit, whatever it is, it depends on the universe but for simplicity i'll call it their being) and turn them into an eyelet. it's not a literal eyelet, but instead is more like an amulet that protects and stores their being. once a person gets one, they're considered one of the eyes.

the eyes are people under mimicka with an eyelet. they became that way with an agreement with mimicka, granting themselves a wish and then mimicka takes their being and puts it into an eyelet. the eyes can't die unless something damages their being, which is why the eyelet exists to protect it. or if mimicka decides to kill them. mimicka actually has a decent amount of control over the eyes, being able to see them from afar (depending on the circumstance) and being able to control their bodies (the closer the eyelet is, the more control they can have). of course, mimicka didn't disclose this information at first.
