Pichi-pichi: Exterior WiP

Pichi-pichi is a dessert in my country. It’s really good! It doesn't have anything to do with the story other than the protag’s name is Pichi-pichi, and that it’s mostly said in an anime I used to watch before.

It has two apartments at the back, and other than omsp and omsp resizers it doesn't have any cc. I’ll probably use a lot of cc for the interior though, or replace some things outside with cc. I did this when I got sims 3 to work again, and the haven’t put back cc back in then. (I lost most of them because I was thinking of starting from scratch with collecting things again, since I lost all my previous saves too... ; u; )

I’m trying to get organized with cc. > . < 

I don’t have anything planned with the story yet, but this place and the main character will be sort of connected with others, intertwined perhaps.

Banilla Sims are a what comes from one Berry Parent and one Vanila Parent, genetic wise. :3

This is true for me too.= u=; on so many different levels...that it is a problem. Like, sometimes it takes me half a day to construct a message then just delete it or let it rot in drafts...but I guess that's a different matter than the op.

Help ; v; I don’t know why this keeps happening. I keep on fixing it then saving it to the library, but when I put it back in, those floors keeps on floating up. It’s a first for me to share a house build and just getting sources and organizing cc links is driving me crazy. But I really want to share this! This is for a followers gift, also a challenge for myself to build on a 10x10 lot with a theme in mind… Because I just hit 100 followers ; v ; (thank you so much for following, for the follow back, and tons of likes for my edit before.) But this, I can’t release this! OTL What am I doing wrong with this build?

Sims 3 worked again, a week or two ago, so I decided to mess around a bit and created him. Me and my sister laughed so much with the things that happen with him in university. XD I just didn't upload right away cuz, anxiety issues... Orz.
