Hi, I just wanted to say that i think what youre doing with this scrapbook for Thomas is a really cool idea and I think you are an amazing person for doing it.

thanks, it certainly is a task, but seeing their faces when they get the books and knowing all the people who now got their work noticed makes it worth it, as cheesy as that sounds

ive done this kinda project before with jacksepticeye and markiplier, so here’s the break down of what it is

i get this big scrapbook and fill it with art and messages from his fans. You can submit any artwork or messages you want him to see to this blog (that adheres to the guidelines) and it’ll be put in a scrapbook and made all pretty for him to be gifted so he can see them at any time. (yknow now that i type this out it seems way smaller and easier than it is)

This is a big project i’ve done before and i need y’all’s help. Submit if you’d like, if not, reblogs help LOADS.

SUBMISSION GUIDELINES

READ BEFORE SUBMITTING PLEASE. IF YOUR SUBMISSION DOES NOT FOLLOW THESE GUIDELINES IT WILL BE IGNORED. IF YOU HAVE QUESTIONS JUST SEND AN ASK TO THE BLOG. IT IS VERY IMPORTANT PEOPLE READ AND FOLLOW THESE RULES

Another note: Scrapbook work isn’t cheap, this is not required but it really helps if you could donate even a little bit to my ko-fi to help pay for ink, tape, and paper. Again this isn’t required, but it does help if you can do it! <3 (also rn the ko-fi isn’t working cause some shits going down with trying to get paypal working. When its up, tho, ill make a post about it ;;^^ )

To submit something for the scrapbooks please do the following things:

Encompass EVERYTHING you want in one post depending on the format. There’s FanArt and FanWriting. If you submit an art piece and want to add a comment alongside it, include that in the post. However if it is more of a lengthy message to him, submit that separately. This helps me organize and create more space in the book by having art and messages separate. Again if there’s a comment that goes alongside the fanart include that in the art submission. If it’s more lengthy and stand alone please submit that separately.

Do not include anything you don’t want in the scrapbook. No messages to me or how you want it in the scrapbook included. 

INCLUDE HOW YOU WISH TO BE CREDITED, or don’t if you’d rather be anonymous. Include your name, your social media handle, or any nickname you want to be.

To submit, you go to the same icon you’d click if you were to ask this blog a question, there you will find a button called “Submit”.

FOR ART:

PLEASE HAVE A WHITE OR LIGHTLY COLORED BACKGROUND, WE NEED THIS FOR INK PRESERVATION CAUSE INK AINT CHEAP. WE WILL TAKE BACKGROUNDS, BUT NOT BLACK OR BROWN, ETC.

THERE IS AN EXCEPTION, HOWEVER: If you really want your art in and it has darker backgrounds or lots of color, you can mail it to me if you print it yourself.

Print it out 8.5 x 11 or less (preferably less) and then message me for the address to mail it to.

IF YOU CAN, PLEASE HAVE YOUR NAME/NICKNAME/WHATEVER YOU WANT TO BE CREDITED AS IN THE DRAWING, this makes it easier so we don’t have to print out separate tags for every drawing, however if this isn’t feasible we can still make a separate tag as needed. Like an artists signature in the art really helps on paper and ink. 

Ink was a huge problem last time and it costs a lot, so this helps us save money. (seriously, before this project i was blissfully unaware of the ridiculous costs OF INK. LIKE 70$ A CARTRIDGE)

If your art is hand-drawn, make sure the line art is darkened and has great contrast to the background otherwise it won’t show up when printed.

LIMIT PER PERSON: We would prefer if each person only submits a maximum of 4 art pieces, and 1 message (you can still caption your art and stuff, but only one lengthy message to Thomas if you’re going to write one) (This makes it easier for more people to get an opportunity to be seen by Thomas)

Unfortunately, one other thing, since this is a solo project and i’m the one handling everything, there can be no triggering content depicting suicide, self harm, abuse, etc. (sorry, but im the one handling all pictures and images and im sensitive to these types of things)

For Writing: 

This is specifically for those who want to thank him, tell him how much he means to them, etc. PLEASE KEEP BELOW 600 WORDS, OTHERWISE TO KEEP ON ONE PAGE ITLL HAVE TO BE SQUISHED SUPER SMALL

Nothing rude, hateful, suggestive, inappropriate, etc. etc.

FINALLY THINGS THAT WILL NOT BE GOING IN THE SCRAPBOOK:

Hate -This is to be expected, if i get any hateful messages towards him it will not end up in the scrapbook.

Smut or NSFW - We don’t want to make him uncomfortable

Shipping him romantically or sexually with other real life people. Sanders sides shipping (as long as sfw and not too suggestive or inappropriate is fine, but no shipping of Thomas HIMSELF)

No gore/abuse/anything excessively graphic or violent

Triggering content depicting suicide, self harm, abuse, etc.

If I think of anything else it’ll go here, so check back regularly.

THE CURRENT END DATE FOR ACCEPTING SUBMISSIONS WILL BE MAY 24TH (however this is an estimation, always be checking this blog as the date could change and i can’t edit reblogs)
