The Maori have a breed of pig called the kunekune, which translated means "fat and round." I love how on the nose that is! I think that's why I like pig talk with feeding and fat people; you're not thick or big-boned, you're fat! You're big and fat, you love to eat and you're getting bigger, and I love that about you. I think it's amazing. So celebrate it, piggies!

I just think there's something so poetic about a big, fat belly. Fat accumulates on the belly, and it got there by...filling your belly. Listening to your hungry belly. It's such a wonderfully appropriate thing for a fat piggy to experience, and for those of us who are thin to behold and appreciate!
