Today is international self care day and I hope that you all who are currently reading this take the time to look after yourself - not only today, but everyday.

The subject of beauty and appearance is a common issue amongst all human beings and I think we all try to understand that there is always editing and photoshop in photos that we see, but our brains are wired to think that there is always someone better.

Miss Americana and Taylor bring light on to this issue and we discover her internal struggles that she’s faced in the past. Thank you for helping us realise that you are human too and we all face these issues.
