{ Baldur } He wasn't exactly familiar with the Greek traditions. Safe to say he was horrified at the scene unfolding in front of him was an understanding, however, Mrs. Caddel assured him that it meant good he arched his brows, and adjusted his shoulder holding a glass of whiskey. Neva was having fun with the Greeks, she was all giggles, and partially confused at some stuff she wasn't used to, just like the rest of the Swedes. The twins were present with nannies. ❛ Your son looks happy. ❜ He commented looking at Ryan interacting with the others.

{ Linnéa } ❛ Well, if any of your family members need some extra hand, you can count on me. ❜ Funny, she is saying that when her own daughter needed care, she simply ignored it. However, if Neva had the babies in Sweden, she knew her husband would help her, and she would help her daughter. Upon the compliment on her daughter, she forced a smile. ❛ Yeah, she's alright. ❜ Because it would be the only compliment she would say to Neva. In reality, she has no idea how deep Aleida or Dominic knew her relationship with her daughter is fragile. ❛ Your mother's family? ❜ She sounded in disbelief. Dominic is so different than Cordelia. ❛ My daughter only wants to get on my nerves even on her big day. ❜ The grip on the glass was tightened, noticing Neva talking to one of the Greeks, giving her a shot of ouzo. ❛ And your mother is very possessive of MY daughter. ❜

—Dominic raised his glass to Baldur before taking a sip, his gaze drifting to the various guests flooding the castle; it shouldn’t surprise him, both families had invited a good amount of people given their respectful statuses —them being one of the wealthiest families in the world and the Baldur’s being, literally, royalty. his new found daughter in law looked every bit of a princess tonight, and the Greeks ( his mother’s side of the family ) were adoring her, in their own way. the other man’s question, however, made both the Caddels chuckle a little. “it is to ward off the evil eye,” Aleida responded in a soft tone, smiling a little to Baldur. “it’s good.” she elaborated.

“yes, Neva told us about your family’s expertise in the medical field,” Dominic responded to Linnea this time; or it could have been his mother, he wasn’t sure how he knew about it. the Swedish woman’s following words made Aleida frown, but she smiled a little, she is not really comfortable with confrontation, unlike her mother-in-law. “nonsense, dear, she looks absolutely stunning.” she reinforced her prior statement. her eyes though widened at the manner she referred to the Greeks, glanced to see if Cordelia was within earshot and was glad to find her already walking down the stairs, so they could avoid an argument. “this is my mother’s family,” Dominic responded before his wife could, sighed a little as he did; despite being half-Greek, he too wasn’t much of a fan of how loud they could be. sometimes, he felt, they were too much. “worry not, mother assured they will only play a few of their traditional songs to celebrate the couple, too. since Neva and Ryan both agreed to it….apparently,” and he didn’t seem pleased.

Baldur had a ghosted smile plastered on his face, he is a man who basically never smiled, but today was a special day, his daughter, only daughter getting married, or well… Throwing a traditional wedding party as he wanted her to. ❛ Undoubtedly. ❜ He enjoyed Dominic, just a little surprised that out of people in the world, Neva ended up with the Caddels. ❛ Thank you. I hope you also enjoy our dishes. ❜ He says while holding his glass of whiskey when his gaze drops to the Greeks inside of the castle. He walked to the balcony of the salon, his gaze widened noticing… ❛ Why are they spitting on my daughter? ❜

The taller woman looked at the short brunette. ❛ My family aren't that big. ❜ Linnéa looked at her two sisters, one with her husband and sons, both of them were also married ( and kids ), and her younger sister with her wife. Baldur's parents are also present in that royal's outfits. ❛ But if you ever need anyone in medicine you can count on them. ❜ After all, Linnéa's side family is best known for their great work in the medical field. ❛ I told Birgitta not to wear that crown. I don't think it's fittable on that dress.❜ Because Linnéa was struggling to find a flaw in Neva. ❛ Who are these poor people here? ❜ She refers to the Greeks, a bit in shocked with their noisy, for a lack of words. ❛ I don't remember making a charity event to my daughter's wedding. Did Neva say something to you? ❜

—Cordelia laughed at the words, took a sip of her champagne to salvage what she could. her son gave her a scolding look before resting his eyes on the Bjork, smiling. “it was about time, no?” he said with a laugh, seemingly teasing. “of course,” he nodded, “and the reception is nothing short of magnificent. your daughter has excellent taste.”

“and she is looking like an angel! so beautiful!” Aleida added, eyes bright with adoration as she spoke about her daughter-in-law. then turned to Linnea with a polite smile. “yes, my family is quite big…” she laughed. “just like mother’s Greek side.” she smiled at Cordelia. “I expected your would be bigger too,” she sipped her champagne.
