What are all the things you should know about gangajal?
Flowing from the base of the Gangotri glacier, the river Ganga is believed to be maybe the holiest river in all of India. The water is believed to purify humans who venture into the water. It is very widely believed that taking a bath or simply soaking in the water hallowed waters of the river Ganga purifies one from the inside out. Hinduism states that the Ganga originated in the sky and was sent to this planet to cleanse it.
Water from the Ganga river is called gangajal and is utilised for various spiritual purposes to do with beliefs in Hinduism. Devoted followers of Hinduism bathe the children or the body of a recently deceased individual with gangajal. This is done because Hindus believe that doing so rids the body of all sins and helps the spirit attain salvation. The reason behind the supposed magical qualities of this water is that it goes through several different types of herbs and other vegetation along the way. The millions of micro-organisms within the water also prevent the water from getting contaminated.
My mother had gotten some gangajal back after she made the trip to the river and sprinkled it on my sister, my father, and me. I might only be speaking for myself here, but I felt refreshed almost instantly. My family and I would probably never have found out about it and decided to verify the story behind the gangajal if I hadn’t stumbled across IMAVATAR.

What are the signs and symbols, according to palmistry, indicating that a native will be a multi-millionaire in life?
Tumblr media
The lines you have will not get you wealth, success, or transform you into a multimillionaire. On the other hand, one's palm reveals whether they are designed to analyse, behave, and acquire wealth or not. Individuals with a proclivity for action tend not to think as much  and behave based majorly on impulses. As a consequence, their palms are mostly free of lines. They produce results. Some individuals feel that their destinies are influenced by chance. They think bigger, and an increased number of lines appear on their palms, however there is a possibility that they generate no consequences at all.
The very first indicator of affluence, which also happens to be the most important one, is the palm. The length, fingers, hue, thickness, and flexibility. The thumb is the biggest indicator of one’s character and personality traits. Its position when one relaxes it and its position when one stretches or flexes is extremely important because its range and manner of movement have an impact on how we deal with obstacles that might come up. The length of one’s fingers has a significant impact on their approach to life and possessing long fingers usually means that the person’s attention to detail is quite advanced. On the other hand, having short fingers bars one from having a far-seeing approach in the way they deal with things, but it gives them other useful abilities. The palm should have a sort of glow indicating that it is healthy, and it should have a certain smoothness to it.
These indicators are the main factors in palmistry that determine whether or not one is destined to come into possession of great wealth and make it big in life, or bigger than all those individuals who do not possess these indicators on their palms. I wanted to know whether or not there was any wealth in my future but I didn’t have time for an in-house reading because my break was just about to end. What I did was try and look for a reliable alternative to in-person palm reading and what got me the best results was this one website called IMAVATAR which pretty much guided me all the way to reading my own palm.

Is it possible to change numerology without changing the pronunciation of the name?
Tumblr media
Numerology factors in multiple elements to predict and determine your life’s story from the start to the end. The manner in which one's name is enunciated could have an impact on their entire life. The effect is usually slight and is caused due to the energy contained by specific letters of the alphabet, vowels being the main factors.
Assessments and analyses of one's numerology include insights into the energy represented by their name. The energy reflected by one's name can represent an individual's entire aura, drive, and temperament, as well as some individual qualities. An individual's character is influenced by all of the letters of any name. The very first vowel as well as the initial consonant both possess more significance than any of the remaining letters in any given name. Each letter's impact contributes to the overall effect. Several more factors are present, which include numbers pertaining to one's date of birth.
An important guide that helped me understand how numerology worked and how I could use my own numerology to determine my fate in different realms of life like money, future relationships, etc was IMAVATAR.

What's the difference between The Laughing Buddha and Gautama Buddha?
Tumblr media
The Laughing Buddha is also known as Fat Buddha or Budai and is widely believed to be one of the reincarnated forms of a Bodhisattva by the name of Maitreya. He is believed to have originated from China and is treated as a celestial being in Chinese Buddhism. He is portrayed as always being in a very happy mood and living a fairly luxurious lifestyle, which kind of separates him from some other Buddhist deities. He is said to arrive in the future, acquire perfect knowledge or ‘enlightenment’ and help people get back on the path of dharma when they appear to have lost it.
Gautam Buddha on the other hand was the creator of Buddhism and used to be known as Siddharth Gautama. He used to be a prince but had given up his royal life to pursue a monk’s lifestyle and eventually gained enlightenment. He also guided others along the route of Dharma but the difference is that he already attained enlightenment and has already died, unlike The Laughing Buddha who is yet to attain enlightenment.

What are the common Vastu Shastra tips?
Tumblr media
‘Vastu’ is the science that is concerned with the design and architecture of places of living or houses. ‘Shastra’ refers to a writing or scripture containing instructions that are considered sacred in Hinduism. Together, Vastu and Shastra refer to spiritual scriptures that direct one on how to have their house designed and built. What this is believed to do is attract positive energy to the house, ward off any negative energy that may be attracted to the house and optimize the spiritual energy flow in and out of the house. Doing so is believed to have wide-ranging benefits for the inhabitants of that house. Some sayings state that if one’s house does not line up with the teachings of the Vastu Shastra, the occupants of the house will find themselves in various problematic situations.
There are several techniques and minor architectural changes that one could implement in their house to make it compliant with Vastu Shastra:
Make sure that the main door is the biggest one in the house, and constructed from teak wood. This ensures that the maximum amount of positive energy enters the home, and the negative energy quickly leaves the place. Also, trying to make sure that the main door opens inwards makes the house more compliant with the Vastu Shastra.
The walls of the living room of the house should be painted in hues of blue, green or yellow to imbue a light feeling in the room.
Another way to make the house feel bright, or livelier, is to put up more windows since sunlight is a pool of energy that is considered to be vitalizing or enlivening. It is also believed that a well-ventilated home is better at getting rid of negative energy, so installing windows in various places in the house is a wise move.
Vastu Shastra also directs one in the direction in which to sleep. Sleeping with one’s feet towards the South and head towards the North is believed to result in an erratic sleep schedule. One should sleep with their head facing West or South instead. Also, one should avoid placing the bed under a washroom or more importantly a beam, because a beam between husband and wife is said to cause marital strife or problems in the marriage.
The Vastu Shastra does not only apply to household situations but also places of work like offices, factories, retail stores etc. For example, if these places were to be in line with the directions of the Vastu Shastra, it is believed that there would be a boost in sales and productivity, far fewer malfunctions in machinery, and other similar positive changes that would result in everyone benefitting from them. Now, there are some sayings that state that if one’s house does not line up with the teachings of the Vastu Shastra, the occupants of the house will find themselves in various problematic situations.
About 4 years ago I bought my very first house in Bandra, and the first thing I did was research the Vastu Shastra for that place. After going through various websites, I found a site called IMAVATAR which helped me understand and improve the Vastu Shastra of my entire house.

Why is a horseshoe considered lucky?
Tumblr media
The horseshoe is an internationally recognized emblem of safety and fortune. There are a variety of reasons for which horseshoes are considered to be good luck. It is believed to be a good luck charm as it keeps out the bad energy and tragedy due to a combination of luck, defense, and religion.
These reasons are rooted in various cultures, ranging from western civilizations to Indians. Some cultures in the past used to believe that horseshoes made from iron were magical because they could withstand fire.
They believed that the horseshoes being magical would bring good luck to a household or ship if hung either with the ends pointing down or pointing up above the main doorway. If kept pointing down, the horseshoes were believed to infuse the house with an aura of good luck and if hung pointing up, the common belief was that it would attract and contain good luck.
Some other civilizations considered horseshoes a good luck charm for a few reasons. They thought of a horse as a being that emanated vitality and courage and that when a horse would run, it would attract good energy and repel any bad energy in the area. Some astrologers think that horseshoes offer protection against the harmful influences of Saturn. In India, horseshoes are often hung up after a fight has taken place in a house; to ward off the evil eye or buri nazar.
My mother often used to put up a downward-facing horseshoe over my bed so that nothing interrupted my sleep. My house also used to have a horseshoe hanging over the main door and while going to the office or school, my family used to touch it because we believe that it brought us some amount of good fortune. I live alone in Mumbai now, and it being a hectic city, I thought I needed some good luck so to understand the proper way to go about hanging up a horseshoe, I consulted  IMAVATAR which showed me the correct way to do so and therefore bring in the most luck and keep out the bad energy.
