Edited anthro Rourke鈥檚 design a bit as I wanted to add some pufferfish/blowfish elements to him. Fortunately, Milo is immune to them nasty toxins.

My style is never consistent. I鈥檓 trying to push my proportions to more cartoony. The antennas are the hardest part for me. This came out way too cutesy but I like it.

Have a relaxing Friday - ghost bunny and the finches certainly are!
I am doing a combo of #AuGhost and #AvianAugust, where the ghost bun meets all the beautiful birds of Hawaii.

Greater Arid Land Katydid (Neobarrettia spinosa), male, family Tettigoiidae, Central TX, USA
Omnivorous (feeding on leaves and predatory on invertebrates and small vertebrates).
They are actually a predator of low nesting songbirds!
Some individuals have red eyes, so another name for this species is the "Red-eyed Devil".

Milo drawn as a critter for my Atlantis anthro!AU. He鈥檚 inspired by eels and pikes and I mixed in some shrimp/spiny lobster into the design as well. Also, I like to see him as older and gave him some gray streaks into the fins. I love graying hair.
Here鈥檚 Rourke.
