This fic is SO real and well-written that I had to rec it even though I'm not done reading it. The depiction of the way that the war has impacted both Draco and Hermione is very realistic and handled very well.

Hermione is a Healer doing dangerous but important research. Draco is the Auror assigned to protect her. Shenanigans ensue.

This fic has some of the best characterization of Draco that I've ever read. The banter and the slow burn is top-tier. Truly a work of art.
