what other trials-related health issues would you have given sam

- erectile dysfunction (literally does not work at all. i mean he probably had that anyway. dean shouldve walked in on him trying to jerk it and nothing happening. and sam looking at his dick and concentrating like hes studying it)

- sleep paralysis

- passing out A Lot randomly. or narcolepsy maybe

- seizures

- urge to vomit everytime he eats. we kinda had that but we should've heard him retch or hold a hand in front of his mouth trying to keep it in

- age regression (like him getting those super early childhood memories? except he goes into their state...)

- tinnitus. like when they met metatron and we also heard it...
