SATFP question#1: Where is Prismo's apartment really?

"Recently his current operations and third place of residence is a two-building apartment complex residing in a vacant orange slate stretching as far as his field of vision could manage..

to put it simply, in the middle of absolute nowhere..

Well, not really “nowhere” as he would put it.

Even with his limited knowledge of the United States geography Prismo can tell he’s in some desert in Nevada, mostly because of the all the desert like scenery."

This is easy to explain. Prismo's apartment complex/ main work building is tucked away in a Nevada desert.

The Complex building itself is structured as two concrete spaces interjoined together, one side labelled A and other as B, hence the Complex Block side B status you're introduced to in the first chapter.

The building itself is rather small and unassuming despite the structure, I'd say the exterior has a sort of sand colour to blend in with the surroundings a bit, thus, coupled with the added sand dust and debris the building gives off a rundown and tame appearance.

As for the location; It is in a Nevada desert after all, as for which desert in specific..well

The Mojave desert area is an obvious choice. The landscape around these vacant parts are not too far off with the description in mind, coupled with the fact that it expands around Arizona a bit. Speaking of Arizona...

State to state hopping will be an occurrence in this story, crossing from Nevada to Arizona meant taking the so called US 93 Highway that cuts between the two in my preferred direction. Being taken to the borderline of a Nevada/Arizona in such a short time (in about a day actually) this would imply that the apartment operations would be near where the high would be accessible.

So to recap:

-The apartment is situated in a Nevada desert, more specifically, in the Mojave desert region.

-During the story Prismo travelled through from his apartment to Arizona, estimated to take about a day to reach the border's edge.

This (I guess) leaves an speculative interpretion that Prismo's apartment should be around...

this area.

(THIS IS OF COURSE UP TO OTHERS INTERPRETATION AS WELL AS IT MAY NOT BE AS ACCURATE OR THE LOCATION MIGHT NOT MAKE SENSE)

and there you go! I've been itching to clear up or even make sense of it at least.
