have you ever been in the minority of one of these polls?
#this is so interesting to me#I'm a majority on nearly every poll this blog does#to the point that I think the questions can get boring and obvious#and since those are the majorities assumedly most other have the same experience#and yet despite that no one is the majority all the time#which in this poll translates to everyone being a minority#like its not official but this feels like the largest difference in ratio I've seen yet#i feel like this contributes ti the idea that like#most people have a lot of characteristics that align with whats “average”#even if you're a minority in one or more aspects#theres still so much to be average at#have 2 legs#like pop music#gotten a cold before#like apples idk#nobody has every average characteristics#there is no Joe Average#everyone ks an exception to some rule#everyone is a minority in some respect#(the importance of that minority status obviously varies though. not trying to compare something small to something big)#(Just like the idea that the hegemonic “ideal” is completely fabricated because no one ever has or ever will achieve it)#(even those closest probably have some odd interest or some suboptimal trait somewhere they might be hiding it)#(every “men dont cry” man has#(every “men don't cry” man has in fact cried many times in their life)#every human being is a unique combination of traits and I think thats neat
