The Sea Lion Pokemon
So, I remember clearly the discourse behind Seel and Dewgong being barely changed names of their animal counterparts. I just accepted this as fact, until I started to draw this Pokemon and a realized I dont actually know what a Dugong is. Turns out its a cousin of the Manatee, and both are nicknamed as sea cows. Seems very squishy and looks kinda silly, So the pokemon version has gained some points in my book, despite not really looking the part.
