Aggravating and reassuring when I Google something because I'm like "why does my body always do X in Y circumstance" and then all the answers are just "your body normally does X in Y circumstance" cause I just have to be like ok I guess but I wish there was an option where that was abnormal cause I'd rather just not have it happen
#i was looking up like what the fuck is up with my body temperature when i go to bed#because it's really annoying how i dont hit a comfortable equilibrium until after i have been asleep#for several hours#but it's like no your body heat normally does some things and i just dont like them#which i think might be slightly exaggerated for me#cause per every piece of bloodwork ive done for the past few years i have one hormone at the high end of normal#and so i Google like are any bad side effects#and it's like well u might get hot flashes#and im like. definitely#ANYWAY all this to say maybe i need more breathable sheets or something but i feel like my stuff isnt THAT bad
