Good morning everyone. 😊 Sometimes, I hear people who are suffering from depression or mental health say. "I get really annoyed with my husband/wife" or "Why can't everyone just leave me alone". I realise everyone's pain and struggles are different, but we must never forget to appreciate those people who stick around. Your wife, your husband, your partner, friends etc..... none of them HAS to stay and deal with you. They CHOOSE to stay because they care. It doesn't matter how bad you feel. Always remember to be grateful for these people, and tell them every now and then, how much you appreciate them, as one day you may end up pushing them away for good. Take a minute to really think how you would feel then?
