I just finished the song of achilles and- I am so MAD!!! people talk about how sad the ending is- (which it is, the tears are still drying) but not ONE person I met who has read the book talks about how utterly INFURIATING it it!!!!!

I just watched one kid ruin everything in a single chapter!! Sure he won the war and killed a baby- but what does this little shit know about what his "father" wants when he never even MET HIM!!! And he's like "WhY sHoUlD a SlAvE bOy Be BuRiEd WiTh ArIsToS aChIoN?" And I'm like, well fuck you kid-

Like I know he's 12 but I Low-key want to punch this kid- AND HE KILLED BRISAIS!!! I'm so glad he's dead!!!
