You wanted him to be here with you, with Eiji. To ease the phantom pains in your chest and lump that still formed in your throat. To let you make them both forget, too, even if just for a night.
Eijirou caught your gaze and followed it. Then you felt it, warm breath on your ear. "Go get him then."
