College Freshman Chronicles - Pt. 1

Mandy: "So I hit up a frat party last weekend during Spring Break.."

Sara: "Yeah? Sounds fun! How was it?"

Mandy: "I can't really remember most of it.. I had bunch of Jello shots and mixed drinks. I hooked up with Brad at the end of the night though! I've been crushing on him super hard since English 101 last semester. "

Sara: "Get it! How was he?"

Mandy: "He was great! But..."

Sara: "But what?"

Mandy: "I've noticed since our hook-up that I've got a strange funk coming from my vag.. and it burns a little when I pee. I don't know what's wrong.. It doesn't feel like a UTI though. Do you think I should go to the Student Health Center?"

Sara: "Hmm.. Did you use protection with Brad?"

Mandy: "No.. I was pretty buzzed aaanndd.. It didn't come up, so I didn't want to risk missing the opportunity to hook up with him by putting on the brakes to hunt for a condom. Besides, I'm on the pill, so no harm."

Sara: "You should definitely head to the Student Health Center to get an STD test."

Mandy: "Really? He pulled out before he came.. so I'm sure it's nothing serious."

Sara: "Actually, you can still get STDs that way.. any type of sexual contact is enough to transfer most of the common STD viruses - skin to skin contact, oral or anal sex, exposure to secretions/mucus/pre-cum/blood/semen, etc."

Mandy: "Oh wow! I didn't know all that.. That's super scary!! I'm going to head over to there to get tested today - that is too much to worry about."
