accidentally found this little note from months back & all I can say is she DID become better & I don't mean I never felt hopeless in the process God knows I did but if there's one thing u can take from this.. it's a journey don't make urself feel embarrassed for not showing up it's okay to feel guilty but dust urself off take ur time if u have to & get back up u'll make mistakes inevitably but the trick is keep getting back up no matter what...this is the one thing that kept me in my lane despite all the set backs. Wishing you the best 🤍

lately things been wearing me out lately things been weighing me down nothing made sense no holes in sight but I was sinking I reminded myself to breathe moved my arms & legs raised my head & then I realised there were no holes it was me who was paralyzed with fear, it was me who forgot to swim in the depths of despair

So breathe, move, crawl outside your head & look around maybe you'll find what you've been looking for, maybe you are what you've been looking for.

People say eyes are windows to the soul I was right in front of u looking in yours my feelings peeking once in awhile slipping through when our eyes met & whenever someone took ur name their gaze was the first thing I avoid I was afraid they'll find out I was afraid you'll never find out

I love people smiling but as long as it's not at other's expense
