a lot of twin peaks fans don’t know Cooper is the 'antichrist'/a vague and deeply sinister being which is kind of funny. he's the main character, we spend the most time with him, and the fact that he was born to cause chaos and destruction is kind of irrelevant on his journey to save Laura Palmer.

The talks about fanon Dale are so dumb because they're referring to Dale being bisexual, which is actually canon considering he had a crush on Jimmy Stewart as a child (and had a poster of him in The FBI Story only he could touch) and he felt comfortable and safe around queer men like him in Club Y. And have you seen how he acts with Albert and Harry? I don't think him being bisexual is "fanon", it's very much real...
