#Throwback waaay back to the second half of our first journey back in 2007! • Here’s a shot of a really beautiful (and free!) campground we stayed at in Western Australia, near the small town of Denmark. • Not pictured: The stunning beach beyond all those cool trees! • What’s the best campground you’ve ever stayed at? . . . . #Australia #WesternAustralia #WA #Camping #Nature #Trees #ThrowbackThursday #TBT #TheseForeignRoads #WorldPics #TravelStoke #TravelAddicts #AdventureSeekers #TravelPics #TravelDeeper #TravelLife #TravelPhotography (at Denmark, Western Australia)

Happy Chinese New Year to all my fellow dogs out there. It's your year, so do something awesome! Or just chill out in the shade like this little dude in Las Peñitas... (at Las Peñitas, Leon, Nicaragua)

More beautifully coloured buildings in León, Nicaragua. We'll be seeing more of these in a few days when we return, but for now we've finally made it to a proper beach! (at León, Nicaragua)

Back a few days to San Salvador. It's not the most overwhelmingly photogenic city in Latin America, but it's coming along. Recent efforts by the city are putting huge effort into revitalizing the city centre and encourage both local and foreign tourism. Here is the Palacio Nacional seen from the recently updated Plaza Civica. There's still a long way to go, but El Salvador is well on it's way to shedding it's former image. One final sunset in El Salvador. We soon board a 10 hour bus that will take us across this country and through Honduras, eventually bringing us to Leon, Nicaragua some time after midnight. (at Playa El Tunco)

Unfortunately garbage burning is still common practice in many parts of the world that don't have proper waste management systems in place. However, on the plus side, the late afternoon sun through the smoke makes for a nice photo. (at Costa Del Sol El Salvador)

Just your everyday market street in downtown San Salvador. As messy and chaotic as it looks, everything flows seamlessly - as long as you're paying attention. Places like this, as simple as they may appear, are one of my favourite parts about travelling. A crowded market is one of the most real and vivid views you'll ever get in the day to day lives of the local population. (at San Salvador, EL Salvador)
