Yoga at Harold's Coffee cancelled this Saturday 4.18. I will meet you on the mat next week! Thank you to the students who brought their beautiful energy to last nights class at Simply Yoga, it was such a fun & uplifting evening. Namaste

Last night, I sat with artist Marty Lowe. Since it was my first time, I was a little nervous going into it but its but it's something I'll take part in again (given the chance). He talked, I laughed. He asked my opinion, I'd share it & he would say I don't do it for a like. This here is one of his first takes. As the night fell, I grew tired & his portraits illustrated that. I enjoyed his conversation & technique and found it interesting that he painted portraits on construction paper.

This weekend was one if celebration, meditation and contemplation. The mix allowed so much to be revealed to me. I am so #grateful & ready for #Monday! Photo & vision by @bmc_photog . Can't wait work with her again, but first I want my mom in front of her lens since it's her birthday request.
