Well, we’re back from C2E2 and boy howdy was that a good time. Great meeting folks and finding out just how many folks can recognize Puck in the wild (and were incredibly excited to see the costume!). We’re back in your ears today with a deep dive on issue 31 and the return of Deadly Ernest.

In this episode, Chris:

does an incredible amount of Puck voicework. Really think he’s only going to speak as Puck in the very near future

recounts the worst job he ever had, which does connect to this issue. Sort of

Alpha Flight was represented at #c2E2 this weekend! Tom and I went as Standard Puck and Tall Puck from Alpha Flight #32 and we had a BLAST! SO MANY folks stopped us and recognized Puck, it was great to connect with fans who never see their favorite team taken seriously.

We also talked with comic shop owners from Fresno, CA to New Haven, CT to Vancouver, BC and everywhere in between and our flyers will be popping up on their counters next week.

The holidays took their toll and after no less than 5 scheduled recording sessions blew up for one reason or another, we decided to call off Episode 19 until the kids get back in school. So in order to keep up our regular release schedule we are gifting you with our Thanksgiving Special episode of Why Not Have a Drink where Tom gets really excited about Highlander and I get upset that swords do not work that way.
