Do you ever think about how Zemo wore the most casual clothes in Civil War but let out the Baron in Falcon & the Winter Soldier?

Because I'm pretty fucking sure he emotionally couldn't handle going to the cars where the coat was bc the last time he wore it was on a fancy trip in the car with his family & getting out of prison to help Sam & Bucky gave him new motivation to avenge his family & his country.
