When Derek sneaks in anywhere to steal he definitely hangs upside down on things like a bat. ( In his Pokemon verse Minccino joins him in this and hangs by his tail ).

It's very extra, but it's a hilarious sight if you manage to catch him in the act.

Amusement dances across his face as he sizes her up from across the room, stirring a pot of stew over the fire while he takes his time to think over their current situation. Allowing her to be in his hideout when he was a known thief and criminal seemed like a terrible idea. Cassia could easily turn him in, especially since he originally was going to rob her, and she had proven already how clever she was.

Still, Derek didn't want to believe she'd turn him over, not when he was sharing his food, not when their banter had been so enjoyable. He hadn't expected it, she was quite younger than he, and didn't seem to understand his need to steal and give back, but she listened to his words and countered his flirtatious advances with surprising remarks of her own.

"That's the joys of being around me, beautiful, I don't care about your past, nor do I feel the need to fill in the gaps of our unknown histories. You can lie all you want, in fact I condone it, it's something we have in common." He can respect her honestly about lies, if she had asked him anything about himself she wouldn't get the truth either. They were far more alike than he'd like to admit.

"This isn't the most delicious of meals, but it's the best I have going for me. I figured since I ruined your night I might as well feed you." He notes, taking the pot off the fire and carefully hanging it to cool. "This a first time for you? Sharing a meal with a man in his cramped forest home?"

With inspirations from Robin Hood & Arthurian legends, this character is crafted by me as a muse I can slide into different universes. While I use the ( younger ) appearance of Vesemir as a visual reference for him, I will not write in the Witcher universe. GENERAL BIO ( for most fantasy verses ) Orphaned from a young age, Derek and his two elder brothers were forced to live on the streets, relying on newfound street smarts and a craftsmanship for sneaking food just to survive. As he grew older, stronger and quicker, Derek would go on to rely on his looks and charm along with his skills with a dagger, joining small groups of bandits for coin, and offering his services for the right amount of pay.

Despite being a criminal, and a known liar, Derek isn't evil, and while he mainly steals for himself, he can also often be found leaving bundles of coin for those less fortunate than he, especially families and children on the streets. His other weakness? A pretty face, Derek has a hard time turning down any person he is attracted to, and that unfortunately is most people he runs across.

Activity will come and go as I am a busy person IRL, but I'll try to keep steady contact with my writing partners.

I can and will tread into darker themes, the fandom I like are filled with them, and while Derek is a sauve and fun man, he has darker elements to his character. He is a criminal.

This blog will also feature sexual themes, Derek has a healthy sex life and smut may appear. In regards to shipping, I love writing romance, and Derek is a guy with a big heart, I'd love to pair him off with a multitude of other muses so if your muse is interested in kissing this sneak thief go for it!

I do not partake in cancel culture on Tumblr, if someone if being a weirdo then block them. The only time I'll ever care if someone is being dangerous. This also goes with writing, I do not care what people write when it comes to fiction.

Pokemon Verse: Basically the same as the general bio, though he joins Team Rocket at a young age. Nowadays he's not a full member, but will still offer his services to his old organization for the right price. He will never steal from children, and that puts him at odds with most Pokemon villains. His partner is his trusty Minccino

Dragon Age Verse: A rogue companion, his backstory is the same, he can be recruited in any game, I can just play with which city he hails from to make it make sense.

ASOIAF Verse: Derek is from a small village in the north. He fled the north when he was worried his thieving ways would catch the attention of Eddard Stark.

I can slot him into any Final Fantasy game, just ask and we can workshop his place in those worlds.
