Legacies couldve beens amazing but instead it was turned into Once upon a time. When it could've been so much more, and this is purely based off all the clips I've seen cuz I can not get through an episode. I'm writing/have been writing a fic where Klaus and Katherine had a kid but she slipped into a comaa and woke up like years after everything happened Kathernine, Klaus, Elijah and Hayley are all resurrected Klaus doesn't know about this daughter. I will not (because I haven't watched the show or want to follow the plot) follow legacies at all because Legacies was truly a shit show in my opinion. it turned the TDV universe into kind of a fairy tale, which I hate.

They really set up Hope/her actress because why would you change verything up so fast of course its going to discourage peole from wanting to watch and i've seen peole complain on how they kinda nerfed Hope and all her ablitites which i agree about from what ive seen she didn't seem as powerful as they were setting her up to be, also the gods(or angel) episode is kinda gave propaganda for christianity don't know if Julie herself is religious but whoever thought of that episode/plot was not neccessary.

Fics With Multiple Ship Tags

I hate and avoid fics with multiple ship tags especially when its a rare ship and then there another ship tag with that person its one confusing and definitely drives me away from the fic because its very possible that my ship won't even happen or it ends up being one-sided or just alluded to. It one clouds up the ship tag for no reason and it's worse when it's an unfinished story of one chapter with like 500 words.

It really irks me because most of this really affects rare ships or hated ships in the fandom (becho) and its just so annoying i don't think anyone should be allowed to tag like 100+ tags i don't think everything in the story/plot needs a tag.

And this sprial was caused by looking through the Alicole tag on ao3 which barely has any standalone fics about them, and Rhea and Daemon (that one is a little more understandable tho). But they tag these ships just for them to appear/be mentioned once in the story before never being mentioned or seen again.

If Marcus Was The Baby Daddy

I keep seeing ppl say if Marcus got Ginny pregnant she would've kept the baby, and no she wouldn't have, she knew she was not in any mental space to have a baby and Marcus especially wasn't either and he was also fighting addiction. Having a baby would have made things so much worse and I think you guys are heavily glazing over Georgia's speech about how different her and Ginny are if Ginny had the baby she would literally lose herself and propably start self harming again and spiral. Marcus being the baby daddy wouldn't have changed anything and I honestly don't think his reaction would've been better then Wolfe's, he is literally battling depression, and an addict a baby would not be what he needs right now or Ginny.

I think a lot of marvel fans are in denial but the mcu is 100% going to take boblena into Doomsday. Like the whole movie just felt like a set up for their relationship or for them to at least confess feelings for each other. And if you disagree ok and I might be wrong but I definitely think I'm right. I also very much doubt marvel will make Yelena ace/aro. I don't think marvels there yet in acknowledging any broader scope of the LGBTQ+ community other then lesbianism and bisexuality.

I genuinely pissed off at the lesbian community and the stereotypes that they come up with. I saw a post from reddit asking if Carol Danvers was lesbain because she present as masculine. And I see this as a common trend where characters/woman irl will be seen as lesbain/gay because they come off as more masculine and that obviously means they can't like men🙄🙄. And then Carol is identified as straight in the comics she dating Rhodey. Which I now get why there's so many fanfics with them as a couple.

And I'm not even lesbian but that stereotype is so harmful, and very bad especially when it comes to young girls who look masculine it's going to deteriorate them and lower there self esteem. Also with girls who like to dress like a tomboy, it immediately makes them a stud/gay. And that really annoys me and it's not just a lesbian community issue but it is a stereotype. But it just pisses me off that is how a lot off ppl mostly lesbian will be like this character is lesbian coded because she sat this way, or she did this or that or it's just something small and it gets used to be seen as someone is lesbian. And then it becomes a whole thing with other ppl also using that as a way to see/find someone who's lesbian or gay.

But this is also so embedded in sexual norms which I find so funny because the Queen community definitely uses stereotype that have something to do with sexual norms that someone of the other sex might do especially when it comes to gay ppl.

I honestly think it's harder to find a lesbian especially if they like to be "feminine" because everyone views lesbians as studs now.

this is just something ive nkticed and kinda bothered me cause it feel like the community is feeding into these stereotypes further enhancing the stereotype.

I also feel like there's been such a shift when it has come to being a "Tomboy" I feel like the word is no longer used being used but now it's stud. I'm also only talking about this through the lens of being black and in the black community. It might be different for other ppl of different races.

It also irks me because the conversation of men and feminity ties itself with woman especially black woman being viewed as masculine because of their build or height. And with men being too soft or liking to take care of themselves by getting their nails done or something else will be seen as masculine. And this is so nit picked and ppl can flip their opinions everyday I see it happen especially on social media.

Again it's not just a queer community issue this issue is embedded in years/centuries of the sexual/gender norms that society has built but i do feel like the queer community doesn't do itself a service by egging on those stereotypes and neither do the general public.

Why did no one tell me Carol Danvers is a married woman!!!! Yan is fine asf and I would've respectfully took that marraige seriouslyand setteled down. Also X-men!!!! Carol and Yan are offically my top Carol ship (I don't ship her with anyone). Also where are the fanfics???there's only a couple and it has so much potential to be more😒😒🙁 and I feel that this has to do with the fact that ppl want her to be lesbian so bad.

Ultron Rant

I'm rewatching Age of Ultron and the early parts of Ultron give very much ChatGPT and AI itself yes, Ultron was smart but he couldn't even remember the word children and it just reminded me of AI especially ChatGPT because it really does suck at writing fanfics. AI also has no compassion or emotions just like Ultron.

Also someone said that Bruce doesn't get the same heat as Tony does for creating Ultron and its so true because just like Tony, Bruce has that same want to discover and uncover things. And he did agree with Tony which was why he also helped create Ultron. Everybody likes to remember this when it comes to them being Visions dad's but not otherwise.

Ultron sounded so hurt saying "Gys, wait." When he realized Wanda and Pietro had left but honestly why did they think a robot wanted to save the human population.

Also, it's very obvious whlie although they weren't domestic/a family the Avengers definitely lived in the Towers especially Steve because he literally had no place to go. Sam asks him if he's found a place in Brooklyn Steve admits he can't afford Brooklyn. Natasha obviously spends some time there too because she hid a gun under Tony's bar and probably elsewhere in the tower. So that just definitely canon.

I also wonder what made Sam change his mind to become an Avenger because he said that was Steve's world and his world was crazy.

Also was Fury in Space? Because he said while at Barton's farm, " Here we are back on Earth." Like, was he off world. Also, AOS is totally canon that is where they got the Helicarrier from. I wonder if the directors from both the movie and AOS had meetings and decoied what to put in the show to coordinate with the movies and if they did what happened.

I for the life of me can not enjoy Geralt which I think is the main and only reason I can't get behind the OT3 of him Yennefer, and Jaskier. And I haven't read the books so it's purely just based off the show. But even as a character I'm not rallintrested in Geralt and Henry Cavil is the sole and only reason because he literally changed the writers and directors whole book accurate Geralt and I would've definitely liked Geralt more if he did more then just grunt everytime he's on screen. I don't even like him being in a relationship with Yennefer. He really just feel like an extra playing a main role but with no lines. So that's the whole reason I could never ship ot like the OT3 because Henry Cavil ruined it and I believe Yenisker is very much superior to the OT3 and their individual ships with Geralt.

People who use AI to rewrite their fics even to exit are such insane people. Because me a person who thought for shit and giggles to try and see how AI would write one of my current fic only to see how terrible AI is. When you edit something it changes the whole plot, constantly had to remind it to remember key characters in the story, had access to Canon characters and their storyline yet didn't use it until I told it too. It was just absolute bull shut and a headache. Stop using AI it literally can't write the story better then you can the only thing AI gave me was the middle names for my OC's. Plus all that time you spending interacting and correcting Ai could be used writing the fic.

It was fun at first but then it became lack luster and annoying

Was just reading the absolute gem that is this boblena fic where he takes control and he's dominant in bed and this is what I want from Yenskier!! and there are fics that actually do this but not enough and god it would eat down. Especially when I know it happens with Yennefer and Geralt. Again I just want to see Yennefer being taken care of and not always feeling the need to be strong espicaly when its a one shot smutty fic like let Jaskier be in control, please I beg and beg. I just think I'm a sucker for having/seeing confidant, fierce woman be soft with their partners.

I'm sorry but I don't think Marvel would ever make Yelena Ace or Aro whichever one but then I've been hearing that she not even Ace or Aro in the comics it just implied and I think it ok for ppl to not be Ace or Aro and just not be in a relationship. I mean there's so many ppl who haven't even in relationship or don't want to be and they don't identify as Ace or Aro.

Also this argument becomes so invalid because so many of you ship her with Kate Bishop which I don't understand.

you cannot compare natasha's character in the MCU and yelena's character in the MCU.

ever since thunderbolts* was released, i see people comparing natasha and yelena but these two are incomparable.

natasha was introduced in 2009 (a time, in which lots of female characters were badly written) whereas yelena was introduced in 2021 (a time, in which female characters are better written)

natasha was reduced to the 'sexy spy' trope. and rewatching mcu movies, her character feels like an afterthought. as if the writers never cared about her character in the first place but only included her to not get called sexist / misogynistic. i saw someone say that the writers didn't know what to do with her character but i believe they never gave a fuck about her.

almost no writer ever bothered to delve into her past / backstory. her motivations and goals as a character felt weak. i mean, natasha had the exact same storyline for over a decade (redeeming herself). all of her actions from iron man 2 to endgame are explained by her one and only storyline.

natasha was not a character. she wasn't even there for young girls or women. she was there so that grown men had something to look at (her suit never being zipped to the top, her smokey eyes and her hair always being down)

yelena, in comparison, is given different storylines. i have seen people say thunderbolts* is centered around yelena, meaning she (in comparison to natasha) is not sidelined.

yelena has clear goals and motivations. they don't feel like an afterthought to me at least. in addition, the writers delve into her backstory and at least try to give yelena some depth.

the difference? the mcu has writers, who genuinely care about yelena and her character. the writers treat her accordingly.

florence is doing that what scarlett never could. not because scarlett couldn't but because she wasn't allowed to. scarlett had to BEG for a black widow movie whereas male characters were given solo movies left and right but marvel didn't care. they never bothered to give their main female character a solo movie.

in my opinion, marvel gave fans a black widow movie to silence fans – not because they had a change of heart. (it's clear to me as they pay natasha dust ever since her movie.)

of course people enjoy yelena more. because the writers actually give a damn about her!

Sambucky and Stucky are the worst thing to come out of the Fandom like it's such an annoying ship. Let them be friends😭😭 and the thing is some explained this better then me but ppl who ship them don't really ship the ship not really they love to infantilize the fuck out of Bucky. Yall literally make him the damsel in distress in every fic it's kinda of off putting because yall literally just turn him into a girl in the relationship. Which at this point just make it heterosexual. I also don't know why he can't be single he's literally still working through his trauma nest not looking for relationship and God may the world burn the day Marvel does cuz the sambucky fans won't be happy
