Help!
so I have been recognised to have some symptoms of atypical anorexia and struggles with food and body image. I am currently on study leave for big exams and suddenly I am eat 2-3 meals a day with snacks (on unhealthy things) and I HATE IT. I don’t like the idea of how much food I am eating and the weight I am probably gaining (to scared to look). I have started doing daily exercise to balance this but I want help on how to get out of this habit of eating a lot, especially snacking!!
I’m trying to LOSE weight, not gain it!!
someone help! I have enough going on I don’t have time to worry about my random change in eating…
