Internship project
Internship project: This project was not to hard in terms of communication, but getting replied was fairly rare. When I did get a reply it would lead to some sort of conversation. I cant tell if I am successful in bringing in connections or to be honest even get an opinion, information, or a view of what it is like within the professional environment. That being said I doubt it was a waist as socialising professionally a plethora of times is probably far better then the first time. For future reference I am going to be continuing this process for a while longer as long as their is artists I find interesting, regardless of their professional practice and / or work. This is because I want to almost "experiment" with other approaches to contacting artists and companies. Over the summer I am going to take some time to be doing a vast research with provided internships, preferably fairly local (within London) but not limited to local area, starting with the companies I find the most interesting discarding my qualifications. This internship project got my head around professionalism a bit with in the context of work/ gigs, and so id like to use that momentum to further continue reaching out to creators or companies to at least, for the bare minimum give my self confidence putting my self out their and help me practice becoming some what impressionable.

Advanced animation
Advanced animation: advanced animation at first, I really struggled with. I would say I struggled with having to memorise the individual steps especially with the quadricep animals part of the project. the push pull lift, walking animation, and running animation are things I simply need to work on as things outside of my comfort zone, I noticed it may have something to do with overlapping animation that loops, like legs do naturally, and I may have even noticed this (looking back at it) with-in the first year, so I will really try to practice that with obscure animals in the future, preferably something with uncommon motion like kangaroos, penguins or other four legged animals. One other thing I would really like to do a lot more is change/ put in another practice within the way I draw . I am going to put more time into more dynamic poses or movements in my drawings using pictures as reference or better yet, paused and played videos, this is to get a better understanding or natural movement, gesture and acting. I wanted to really push my self with the obstacle course by doing an animal and playing with the animals physics. I also took this opportunity to play with it a little bit, by having the subject interact with the object/s. The obstacle course really helped me with grasping a way to further learn the rules of a particular animal and in doing so allowing me to break those rules in animation.

Character Project
Ball animation: My ball animation was a very good start to the project, it allowed me to be very free within this first week of the project, really letting me abuse animation techniques and compositions with something simple and easy to animate. From this project I could really understand the satisfaction to watch of some of the animation fundamentals, like squash and stretch, building up energy, anticipation, and really playing with speed and motion. Element project: the element project really let me apply those techniques in a free scenario of my choosing but in a more complex manner, with an actual character and an environment. I really used this part of the project to allow my self experiment with giving a character emotion and feeling, I also played around with movement a lot with the character, making it so the character would be in one spot through out the animation whilst the environment would play around the character, really letting my self test my characters motion in correlation to the background. This would answer my question on the potential of motion of the animation. I liked the end result but I feel as if I have over done some of the transitions in poses and movement at some points. Colour project: I liked how it turned out for the most part, animation wise I am quite happy. That being said I am not impressed with my acting within the story for I feel I have lost a bit of its clarity and that could have been fixed with one scene or more exaggeration.
