Rory continued to gently pet the bird, “Why so angry?” She asked in a baby voice to the bird.

He frowned watching her carefully before he took a slight step back as the raven made eye contact with him.

Rory slowly walked up to one of the ravens in a cage, “Do they ever get to roam freely when not sending letters?” She asks, “They could be agitated…”

“Well yeah most times they only are locked up because they tried to attack me before.” He muttered with a frown. “I suppose they can sense when things are off or different about people better than most can.” 

“Maybe i could help you with that then? I’m told to have a sorta way with animals.....most of the time.....if they are feeling up for it anyways.” She says before reaching a finger in to gently poke at the raven’s tail feathers.

He smiled. “You are free to do whatever honestly just don’t distract them to much when they are busy.” He said remembering that he was meant to be building an indestructible army though how he was going to do that in his current state was beyond him.

Ana stopped in her tracks and turns back to look at him, “Its fine, I just really need to get what I was supposed to before my boss fires me. Also..sure…and no need to get me free drinks. I probably know the owner of the bar and besides…I’d rather pay at such a fine establishment anyways.” She winks at him.

He blinked confused with a smile. “Right I will look forward to seeing you around then?” He asked waving before taking Anne’s hand in his own. “And as for you stop running off you are going to give me a heart attack.” 

“But you don’t have one of those do you?” She asked frowning confused. 

Ana let out a fit of soft laughter as she turned and walked back the way she had came, a small smile on her face. What an odd little family encounter.

She nods, "I'll probably just..stay in the library most of the time and out of everyones hair. Maybe even hanging out with the birds you're about to show me."

“Damn it Anne I told you not to run off by yourself again.” He hissed glancing around the town worried trying to spot the small pink haired teen he was meant to be watching that was his cousin. 

He sighed rounding the corner before seeing someone and waving to get her attention. “Excuse me?” He asked. “Hey sorry to bother you but have you seen a small child around here with pink hair and glasses? Kind of hard to miss?”

"W-would you like me to do anything or am I free to just like....chill in certain places?" Rory asks.

He smirked. “Why do you even think that?” He asked.

"As far as I know, no." Ana rubs the back of her head, "Now that you've found her, I'm gonna head back to doing what I was doing."

The small redhead looks up at him, "Yeah....j-just a tad...I'm just not used to interacting with people I don't really know that well...." She plays with the hem of her shirt, "I'm used to only hanging with Amity and our pack...thats all."

He smirked. “Why do you even think that?” He asked.

Ana stifles a small giggle at the young child's antics before looking up at Tae. "He actually just asked me to help find you. Nothing too morbid or crazy."

"You're welcome...my names Anarchy." She says as she starts walking in the direction of where she saw the pink haired woman walk towards.

Amity lets out a small growl, "I'll be back soon." And with that, she left, leaving Rory with O. Rory slowly took O's hand, "I-i like all animals...."

He smirked. “Why do you even think that?” He asked.

Ana blinked, a tad confused that this random stranger was asking her for help. "Uhm...sure? I don't really know where she went though...it was more of a glimpse and I didn't really pay that much attention. I can try my best to help you, sir."

Amity sighs, "I appreciate it..hopefully it won't take too long to get everything better for her to return." She turns to Rory and crouches down, since the redhead was still sitting. "I'll come and visit and even send the others. Hell, I'll even bring the pups soon so you'll have company and feel less alone."

He smirked. “Why do you even think that?” He asked.

Ana had been busy looking in a stores window when she had seen a man waving to her as he walked up to her asking about a pink haired woman. "Uh...I think I saw a pink haired girl walked behind me out of the corner of my vision and down the street."

"Theres a bit of both protections but mainly protection FOR her due to how many people think shes easily manipulatible." Amity turns to O, "Shes been through enough to where being at the castle isn't really safe at the moment....maybe if she has some time away it will help her."
