And I believe that Ugo was kinda neutral with Solomon being god and what not. And considering what a disaster Alma Toran became because there were those who oppose Solomon's godhood, Ugo probably doesn't something similar to happen again. Of course, I have no idea just how Sinbad is going to change the universe, both in method and what way. The way I see it... how is it hypocritical? Because he’s being a big hypocrite? Solomon was a human so was ugo, so the argument “ you are human” is stupid. Like Aladdin and co think people can chose whatever path they want except when they threaten the status quo from which both benefit, neither of them can judge sinbad.

No, Ugo isn’t wrong about Sinbad being only human. Solomon and Ugo weren’t humans. They were Alma Toran magicians. Sinbad and all “modern” humans except the Toran tribe evolved from the non-magic (and not as humanoid looking) species of Alma Toran. How much of a difference this makes for whatever Sinbad is planning to do, I don’t know. If anyone does, it is most likely Ugo, who has lived as an alma Toran magician, created the physical laws of the new world and has watched it and the Great Flow and Sacred Palace ever since. I haven’t really caught up on all the current translations so what I’m saying here is simply speculation, but with that in mind I’ll assume Ugo doesn’t just go “No Sinbad don’t” because he doesn’t want him to change things around on principle (though he -is- the Guardian of the Palace so that’s… kinda what he’s there for - and also he’s seen someone merge with god/become god BEFORE and I’m pretty sure he did not enjoy that) but also because he’s convinced Sinbad wouldn’t be able to do it.

Return of Hakuryuu= Return of Judar

Apparently, Kougyoku also left the alliance so that Hakuryuu wasn’t judged in his return because of his metal vessel possession, if the country is out of the alliance, the no metal vessel rule doesn’t apply.

My favorite gem is definitely Pearl. A sword fighter that is dramatic and can quickly shift from two extremes of emotions fascinates me. (It’s also why I’m really fond of the Rens and Arba…) And I also tend to lean to the fine arts, so her style of song and dance is more my type.

Lapis, followed by Jasper [I don’t ship them] are my next favorites. Lapis makes me melt inside, with her dorky laugh to her death glare. I wonder how strong she really is if she’s able to control the ocean with a cracked gem. And I admire Jasper’s machismo figure/attitude, but I do think she’s a jerk to those she look down on. For some reason, whenever someone compares her to a dog, I imagine of a pitbull… which where I live they have a very bad reputation due to bad owners/upbringing and I can’t help but sympathize.

As for the current season I loved Monster Reunion the best. It actually made me tear up and my cousin freak out because my nephew was watching with me. She said it was corrupting his mind.

Well I’m still trying to get the rest of my family on board. And I think my brother has some interest. My sisters sometimes sing along to theme song and blame me for it

May I ask you of your favorite characters and episode

Thanks to you, I was convinced to watch Steven Universe. I think a long time ago I read a post about the show and it was described as "power rangers but with gems" and I thought "why?" Anyway I tried to get the rest of my family in on it, but only my two year old nephew seems to enjoy it. Like he can't look away. So thank you again. The show gave me so many feels. I just love it

This chapter was so good, it gave me lot of Sindria feels. I do wonder though, why Pisti, Sharrkan and Yamuraiha weren’t there alongside the rest of Sinbad’s nakama.

Reading Sinbad’s reaction to Aladdin question in chapter 305 reminded me of the talk that Alibaba and Kouen had during the ship to the summit. At the time I just thought that Hakuryuu was the only one that it applied to, but I wonder if was a hint to Sinbad’s future if he got his way to rewrite the Rukh system

Thoughts about Shoukoku no Altair, Chapter 1

I loved how they presented Mahmut (Mahmud?) as a badass in the first pages, then we had him at full sulking mood.

Zaganos Pasha is definitely being set up as rival (or at least a wall) to Mahmut.

Mahmut’s mother’s death was horrifying and I’m shocked they showed it so soon.

Speaking of which, I’m already pretty sure Khalil Pasha is too nice to survive many more chapters.

Iskandar is awesome and I was surprised at much I loved his reaction faces ahaha. I was also surprised at him being male, by the way.

It’s not said directly, but when Yunan mentions that he doesn’t know who could have given him that body, Alibaba has a flashback of Setta, Wahid, and Tess, heavily implying it could have been them.

Again, note that this is what I understood, I cannot say it’s 100% accurate… .
