It's been fun, friends. Thank you for everything– for your support, your encouragement, your kindness, your sincerity, your enthusiasm. I've been surrounded and lifted up by so many talented individuals, it takes my breath away. You have shaped my life in countless ways, and I'll never forget it. Your stories have touched me, made me laugh, made me cry, shocked and amazed me time and time again. I cannot believe what some of you publish for free. It's some of the highest caliber writing I've ever read, and I mean that from the bottom of my heart.

I'll still be on tumblr, but I'm stepping away from most fandom related activities. threadbear(bare)sweater will remain published, though I'll be logging out here and logging in to a totally new home of a much more personal nature. The pressure to create and actively participate– though totally self-inflicted– is incredibly heavy. I can't keep repeating the same patterns and expecting different results. It's time to close this chapter once and for all. I want to do it right this time.

You're incredible. You are worthy. You are important. You are loved. Don't ever forget that.

i just finished your shoto fic “nightswimming” (after a whole ordeal of losing it and trying to find it again 😮‍💨) and i have to say it’s one of my absolute favorite things ever!! the yearning and detail and the way you write him (and the reader) is so satisfying and wonderfully done, i just wanted to let you know <3 please take care!
